What To Expect

Get an early start with hotel pickup in Phuket.

Transfer to the Phuket Boat Lagoon Marina where you can snack on light refreshments, coffee, and tea as you get ready to set out to your first destination, Maya Bay, which appeared in the movie 'The Beach.' featuring Leonardo DiCaprio.

Upon arrival at Maya Bay, go swimming in the crystal clear waters. Moving on, you'll visit Monkey beach, Pileh Cove, Viking Cave, and Loh Samah Bay.

Stop at Phi Phi Don Island for a buffet lunch, then go by speedboat to a secluded snorkeling spot with tropical marine life and colorful corals.

Your final destination is Khai Island, a perfect place for swimming, snorkeling, or sunbathing on the white sand beaches. Partake in other water sports such as the banana boat or jet ski (own expense).

In the late afternoon, return to the Phuket marina, then transfer back to your hotel by minivan to end your tour.

The speedboat tour may not be suitable for younger children as the ride can be quite bumpy. To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, we have established a policy where children must be accompanied by an adult at all times while on the tour. We understand that this might cause some inconvenience, however, we prioritize the safety of our guests above all else. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to this policy, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Maya Bay in Thailand is now open to tourists and visitors after being officially relaunched on January 1, 2021. However, swimming is not permitted within the bay itself due to reef protection measures set by the Thailand government. The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has announced that the island will be closed again from August to September in order to allow for natural rehabilitation. We encourage all visitors to respect these measures and to take care of the island's sensitive ecology during their visit.
While we can't guarantee a monkey sighting since they're wild creatures, we'll do our best to get you close while prioritizing your safety. Monkey interactions will be from a safe distance on our boat, as they can sometimes bite unexpectedly.
We recommend that you bring along items you would normally bring to the beach, such as sun-tan lotion, hats, sunglasses, beach towels waterproof bags or plastic bag, and a change of clothes if needed. While our boat does have a toilet, it may be cramped if you need to change clothes inside. Therefore, we recommend wearing your swimsuit under your clothing to make it easier to change.
We would like to inform you that the motion experienced on our speedboat tour may be intense and could potentially cause motion sickness to some passengers. To alleviate this, we have made seasick pills available for free at our marina office upon check-in. It is important to note that while the pills can help, they may not be suitable for everyone and it is recommended that you consult with your doctor prior to taking them if you have any medical concerns. Our priority is the comfort and safety of all our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

We do provide our guests with complementary soft drinks and water, as well as fresh fruits, during their visit to Khai Island. However, please be aware that additional services, such as beach chair rental and the purchase of alcoholic drinks, may be offered and charged by the local vendors.
To use a snorkeling mask, start by rinsing it with fresh water to remove any debris. Then, place the mask over your face, adjust the straps for a comfortable and secure fit, and press the mask against your face to eliminate any air pockets. Breathe normally through your nose to equalize the pressure inside the mask. Once you are comfortable, put the snorkel in your mouth and start snorkeling. If the mask starts to leak or fog up, gently lift it off your face, clear it of water, and adjust the straps or mask position as needed. . If you feel uncomfortable or experience difficulty breathing, remove the mask and snorkel immediately. It's important to note that you should never dive or swim underwater with the snorkel, and always use caution while snorkeling. If you do this, water would enter the snorkel tube and cut off your ability to breath.
Since there's a high chance of getting wet during the trip, you don't need to bring your passport along. Instead, please take a photo of it and store it safely on your phone.
Unfortunately, due to our tight tour schedules, our adventures aren't ideal for cruise ship guests. We sincerely apologize for this limitation and any inconvenience it may cause. We encourage you to explore other options for experiencing the area during your cruise stop. We wish you a wonderful time on your journey!

We'll organised trip by Diamond Sea Marine. All crew were excellent and helpful. Our guide "Dream" was a great host keeping us entertained. We didn't have food at the restaurant that was included as it was halal only. It is a full day and can be tiring especially for young kids. Soft Drinks were provided throughout the trip and also fruit at the final island. Hotel pickup and drop off was great too. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Incredible experience. The operator was very communicative leading up to the tour regarding pickup time. We arrived and they included a light breakfast and showed us where we’d be going. The photographer was great, he even took pictures on our own phones for us too. They did a great job preparing us for Monkey Island, reminding us they are wild animals and have no control over whether we can see them or not. Similarly explained that we couldn’t go in the water at Maya Bay because of the new corals planted. The stand up paddle at one of the stops was also a nice touch! I realized I left my hat on the van back to our hotel and they graciously shipped it to the next hotel I would be staying at - truly above and beyond service!! My only critiques are I wish they let us know we may get stung by jellyfish by Viking Bay but its harmless and will stop hurting after ~15 minutes. And after lunch, saying we may have to skip stops if we were late. Especially contrasted to the joke before lunch being if we were 1 minute late to remember the time for tomorrow (and general light heartedness throughout), the seriousness made me believe them for a second. Despite that, I recommend the tour and would use them again!

WHAT A JOKE

If you are an uneducated and/or uncultured person, then this is the right tour for you. From the time of pick up which they were "on time" for. They said pick up time is from 7:30-7:45. They arrived at 7:45. But tours like this one, the driver is ALWAYS arriving at the last second. Save yourself some time and start waiting for the driver at 7:40 instead of 7:30. The driver brings you to the tour agency office where the provide a very basic breakfast catered towards gullible tourists. It was hard to understand the tour guides. You feel treated like cattle and it just feels VERY rushed and exactly timed. No room for looking around at your own freedom for a second. They say you can on the 2 islands you actually get to step on, but eating takes the majority of the "1 hour" they give you. It's more like 50-55 minutes. You only get to visit 2 islands. Each for 50-55 minutes. They lunch is mediocre at best. Everything felt staged and too artificial. You will feel nothing natural about the beaches you get to step on. This is 11 hours long, and the majority of the time you are on the boat. I thought I would be able to get on phi phi island, but they make an excuse about not wanting the tourists to get injured from the monkeys. But when you pass by, you see other tourists boats parked at the shore of the beach and tourists stepping on phi phi island. If you want to experience the nature of the beaches, this is not the tour for you. STAY AWAY.

Unfortunately our trip had to be canceled due to bad weather and an injury. We did get to stop on the nearest island for about an hour to have a drink and our tour guide Rainy was amazing, caring and above concerned for everyone’s safety. We ended up rescheduling the excursion and had an amazing time with our new tour guide Dreamy!

Very poor English from primary guide, poor views from boat in almost every location we visited. Areas very overcrowded especially the lagoon, not sure where the interest was in swimming in such a chaotic environment. Staff is however very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of nonalcoholic beverages, water and snacks all day long and a surprisingly good lunch buffet. Also, our airbnb was on a steep hill my father can’t walk. Their mini busses cant climb. When asked if we could meet at bottom and I said no. They quickly offered a private car - nice move! Overall, was an ok experience. I would more recommend others to just take the fast ferry to Phi Phi and then hire the smaller boats fo take you to Maya Bay snd elsewhere on your own schedule. phi phi island is quiant but seems like a nice place to spend a couple days away from the insanity of Phuket.

Islands are great but you need to check on your employees

To be very honest we actually enjoyed the tour and the guides were extremely nice. Patty and Tony were extremely helpful our entire trip and even gave us some tips for places to visit in Phuket. The only issue I had with the Phi Phi Islands had nothing to do with the company (Maya Island is overcrowded) The real reason why I'm giving the experience a 1 star is due to the driver they used. I'm not sure what happened to him but he had an extremely negative attitude with us from the moment he picked us up from the hotel and again when they dropped us off. We were told we would have 10-15 minutes when we returned to the harbor to use the bathroom and when we did go, upon our return he began yelling at us for going to the bathroom (we took no longer than 5 minutes to go). All in all I do recommend going to Phi Phi Islands but because of this driver I'd never book with them again.

If you don't mind a bumpy ride and a rocky boat due to sea current + the seasick, the journey is fine. Scenery is fantastic. Snorkeling was a challenge for me, but the overall sea experience is good.

Good but expect huge crowds

Overall it was a great day out land our guides, Lilly and Tony did a fantastic job despite a few guests with questionable behaviour and being disrespectful. Not a fault of the company but the areas visited are just so over crowded now though so I don’t know if I would recommend this trip to anyone

Rainy and her crew made the day fun and memorable. The tour was relaxing and enjoyable sure to their guidance and humor. The stops along the way are all beautiful, but much better with the education and commentary from Rainy and her crew!
