This is the first bad experience and review I have ever had of many booked through Viator. It was like flushing $200! Horrible. It was not advertised correctly. I did not find out until the night before that I had been assigned a two hour window of time.....which was not a time that fit our schedule....so it was stressful trying to get there. When we got there they could not find our Viator reservation. They were understaffed and disorganized. Once they found our reservation, I found that I would not have had to purchase a ticket just to watch my grandkids so I paid full price to stand. Then we went to get equipment, which took 40 minutes because there was one person to do it all. Once we got through, we found basically a parking lot attraction with a ropes course and a zip line coaster which the kids waited a very long time for (again, no staff). After they rode we left and I said good-bye to the $200 I paid. It was a horrible way to end our Tennessee vacation. The pictures of this place are very misleading. It is not an "adventure park," it is a couple attractions in a concrete area-----your basic tourist trap. What I object to most is the false advertising and lack of information, and that is partly the responsibility of Viator. Live and learn. I've always used and recommended Viator, but this tarnishes their reputation with me.
