If I could give a -1 I would... we had to purchase tickets again because your business ethics are really bad. I will refrain with what I was told when I tried to use the flex pass... I want my money back. Paid $215 for absolutely nothing.

Do not purchase this pass!! It is a complete rip off! They sold it to us for the three attractions we wanted to go to and the one we really wanted to see (Alcatraz East) doesn’t even take the pass anymore. You still had to wait in line, and it would have cost us less to just purchase at the door!
