- When the visit of the Baptistery won't be possible due to some baptism, we will visit the cemetery instead. Cathedral could be closed due to religiuous reasons and not visitable during the tour.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

This tour was excellent. I have been on many tours in various locations, but Alessia was the absolute best guide I have had the pleasure of learning from. We 100% recommend this tour. We only spent 1 day in Pisa and this tour is perfect to see all the most important sites to visit. Our guide (unfortunately we don't remember her name) was the best, she explained the stories very well and was very entertaining and fun. We also chose the option to climb the Tower of Pisa and it is worth going up, the climb is not that big of a deal, it is not difficult at all and the view you have at the top is wonderful.

This was our best tour guide and tour experience of our entire trip to Italy! Unfortunately cannot remember the name of the tour guide but she is Spanish and now lives in Pisa. She was amazing and made the tour highly enjoyable with her enthusiasm and humour. The leaning tower gets all the glory but the basilica and baptistery are highlights as well!

It was interesting to learn the historical background of the area and its buildings. My favorite building was the cemetery, seeing and reading the stories of the wall panels.

Claudia was an amazing tour guide. So much more info than you would ever get on your own! Highly recommend climbing the tower (views are incredible!) and visiting the cemetery (included with ticket but not part of the guided tour).

Our guide was kind and knowledgeable of the history. As a history buff, I appreciated that she talked solely about the history of the plaza and buildings, and didn't feel like she had to talk as we walked between places. I've had several guides on past tours this week that talked too much about things that didn't matter, so I very much appreciated her balance of guiding the tour and letting us take it all in.
The tour itself was a good length, easy meet up spot, and allowed us to see all the things within the plaza. It was very windy, so the audio headset wasn't working great; that would be my only feedback, to suggest moving inside a building for more of the talks if the weather is bad.
Overall, this was a good purchase on our Italy tour.

Great tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and shared great information about the area. We opted not to climb the pisa and instead walked around the area. Tons of places to eat.
