        Visiting the Pisa Duomo without a visiting to the top of the Duomo is missing an exciting opportunity. The 5 degrees tilt can be of concern to those with vertigo however for the others it’s a thrilling roller coaster ride to the top with majestic views of the Cathedral and Pisa town

        Do NOT take this tour!! This was a complete misrepresentation of what was offered. There was NO skip the line access, there was NO tour guide and there was NO audio included in the tour. I will be asking my credit card company for a refund!!

        Tickets were 30 mins later than booked. No issues for me. Arrived as a pdf on Google docs 6 hours before visit.

        Less than 10 min wait to get in! The steps in the tower are no joke but it is a must do if you can. Good food options along with gelato.

        An amazing experience! Make sure to bring good shoes and water to enjoy a nice steep walk up the tower! The views are breathtaking and worth every step!

        Disappointing, I didn't get the ticket timely for some reason, I had to buy new tickets to get in. Even I was there before the appointed time...

        This was a nice pit stop. Well organized and overall a good visit to a landmark. The climb to the stop is steep so need to be mindful of that if deciding to take the climb.

        Beautiful and so breath taking from beginning to end. Very surreal moment and experience. It felt like the building were A3 and abstract the architecture. Been before so it was even more special second time round.

        I booked a 9:30am tour, to allow time to catch our train to Florence. The Viator website accepted payment for the 9:30 tour, but then sent an email that the 9:30 time slot was not even available. Not sure why it was available to book and pay on the website? The operator said there would be a refund, but haven't received it yet.

        Looking at the tower from the outside is free. This is for entry into the tower and church. Make sure you download your ticket way before the activity. They sent my ticket to me and it wouldn’t open. I emailed, called and messaged the tour operator for them to email me the ticket and no response. Never got to go into the tower or church due to this. Go with another company that has their business together.

        It was a great visit to the tower, but I think you should make people aware of bags not being allowed and you need to cover up when you visit the cathedral. I wasn’t aware of this and was not able to go into the cathedral unless I had a scarf. You have to go back into town to purchase one as they do not have any. We didn’t bother as by the time I found one it was too late to go back to the cathedral. Make sure you cover up or have a scarf and put your bag away for both tower and cathedral.

        Was nice to get in early before it got crowded. The cathedral was amazingly beautiful and how ornate it was inside. Of course you cannot leave without taking a funny pick of holding up the tower. It was comical to see all the different poses people were coming up with.

        Viator’s lack of understanding given our circumstance and their inability to rebook it offer a refund was not acceptable…
        Did not enter as not in time to load the ticket , check with counter nobody knows.

        Walking the tower….makes you feel dizzy & forces you to walk against the lean…lol All the architecture of the buildings were amazing.

        We had difficulty getting tickets downloaded. A call to Viator did not go through. The Pisa staff was pleasant, but could not assist as they said “they don’t work with Viator.” We were able to eventually figure out how to download the tickets. The church closed at 1:30 for an evening concert and we were unable to go inside. The view from the top of the Tower was spectacular.

        BEFORE YOU ARRIVE…

        We arrived for our scheduled time. . However, YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME, that no bags of any kind are allowed in the tower. There were no signs posted (that we saw anyway). There were lockers they rented for your stuff but it was further into the area and had we taken the time to put them in the locker, we would have completely missed our time. Due to our bags, only one of us got to go up so the other could watch the bags! My bf said that the climb was totally worth it and I’m so glad he was able to go up in the tower. Had we just known about the bag policy, we could have put them in the lockers earlier and both give in the tower. Definitely worth seeing but it’s a very crowded attraction, rightly so.
