Arrived at the meeting point on time, but the ticket that was emailed to me 24 hours before the tour had the wrong date on it, a week before my booking date. There was nothing I or the ticket collector could do, so my trip to Pisa was pretty much a waste of time. All I could do was walk around the outside, as there was no instant reply from the tour operator, and I was not going to pay twice.
Message to all considering this or any Viator booking, *check your dates* immediately if you are able. I was not able to due to limited connectivity.

This is a self-service ticket that makes entering all the places easier at your own pace (except for your Pisa Tower time) This helped skip long lines on a very hot day.

I didn’t know we had to be at the leaning tower at our assigned time so I didn’t get to go in the tower.

We were late & I would have liked to know where to go for the audio materials. Also it would have been helpful to know that the tower is a 30 minute walk from the train station. I would like my money back because we had to run through the cathedral and tower and quickly get back to the train station.

This tour is not guided! You access the leaning tower at your assigned time, you can access the cathedral, baptistery, and museum at any time! Did not learn much history. Walking up the tower was a great experience though!
