Tour not available for the Cancun area and Puerto Morelos Area We provide pick up service in most hotels. If your hotel does not have a pick up service, we will give you the nearest meeting point. For Tulum hotels the meeting point is at Hotel Andreas 09:25 am. Tulum does not have a hotel pick-up service. Drop off to Tulum for operational reason is in a public transportation. Our staff pay the ticket for you.

Our tour guide Enrique and our driver Julian were an excellent team! Our pick up time was exactly as promised. Enrique shows so much enthusiasm and knowledge of the area. Our swimming guides in Akumal were excellent as well. They kept me afloat! Absolutely would do this again!

Swimming with turtles was so-so. If you have never seen a turtle in the ocean, it’s a new experience but the long ride from Playa for 3 minutes of turtles is underwhelming. The cenote swim was great. Saying drivers/guides were bilingual is a stretch. We just had to trust they knew where we were supposed to be.

Wonderful water activities

Absolutely wonderful, especially the cenote . Gorgeous blue colours in the water, stalactite formations, fish and bats. And we did see a turtle in Akumal. Our guides Job and Julian did a great job. Thank you!

Small group size. Equal amount of time at each place. Good amount of time for young ones. Tour guides were nice, was nice having some snacks/drinks also.

Efficient and Optimal

In terms of bang for your buck and efficiency it is going to be hard to top this tour in Playa fel Carmen. Getting to see the turtles in Akumal was the reason we booked and a cool experience but the real highlight was the Cenote in the jungle. Small group size made the trip and the guide was fantastic. Anything less than 5 stars here and the problem is the person, not the tour.

The cenotes were absolutely amazing (our guide Job did a fantastic job)-not a good idea for people that are claustrophobic. The sea turtles experience wasn’t my favorite just because the crowd of people (smaller group and more time would have definitely been better)…I booked this just because I wanted to snorkel and see the marine life and the cenotes was kind of a bonus but it turned out the cenotes was the best part of the day…my opinion only, my daughter loved the snorkeling and thought I had a bad experience because I was having issues with the snorkel but we are all different. I did get to see turtles, a stingray and a starfish so that was neat.

Great half day trip fir the money

Our guide George was great he spoke excellent English too which was a bonus, lots of mosquitoes at the Cenote so just beware otherwise no issues and was exactly as expected. The turtles are beautiful.
