What To Expect

Depart from a central meeting point in Playa del Carmen and head to the heart of the Riviera Maya’s tropical forest. Step inside the spectacular venue on arrival and enjoy the stunning setting of the only permanent Cirque show outside of the USA.

Various seating packages are available for purchase, so please see the different options described in the itinerary below. Please note that dinner serve begins an hour prior to the show.

Sink into your seat and prepare for an immersive spectacle of color, drama and light; engross yourself in the story of Joya, a reckless teenager transported to a mysterious jungle by her alchemist grandfather. Marvel at incredible acrobatics and melodious musical score as both Joya and her grandfather embark upon an enchanting journey of discovery.

After the 70-minute show concludes, relax during the comfortable return journey to Playa del Carmen.

The venue for the show is great. The show is wonderful, but lower class compare to Las Vegas shows. Transportation to the venue is awful. The pick up van didn’t show up. I had to take a taxi in order not to miss the show. Need partial refund, but customer service was not supportive.

It was good but not great. I am probably saying this because I saw La Reve in Vegas and this didn't even come close. The seats were great! We had bar stool seating. There are no bad seats. Its in Spanglish so it was hard for me to understand when they didn't translate.

A must see!!! Dinner and Champagne with front row seats, we felt like we were part of the show. Congratulations on a great show! Dinner was amazing with a great presentation and mouthwatering flavors. The wait staff was very friendly and could not ask for a better evening. This was a amazing venue. Congrats to all and a big THANK YOU for being one of the best highlights we had while visiting Mexico!

I can't say anything but WOW! What an experience! I splurged on the VIP Champagne Dinner for my BF's birthday and couldn't have bought anything more spectacular! He was and I was too so impressed by our VIP treatment! I have been to other Cirque shows and I knew the show would be amazing, but I couldn't believe how impressive the food was at this venue. Truly first class! Thank you

The show was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend it. The only thing I was extremely disappointed in was our transfer back to Playacar left with out us. We were about 3 minutes late getting to the bus but only because we got turned around and went to the wrong parking area. The funny thing was we waited for 10 minutes for him to pick us up. To be honest I think it is a scam that these drivers have with the taxi drivers as they had a cab sitting waiting for us conveniently to take us to our hotel which was not cheap but you have no choice.

Joya was really great! I only wished to driver would of been on time.We had to wait in the rain for an hour and when we got there we had to rush to our seats with only 5min to spare.

The show itself was absolutely incredible, which is a lot for me to say since I'm not really into Cirque shows. All of the performers were AMAZING! We did the premium seats with wine note: you only get half a bottle per person which is a little dissapointing and appetizers, which were all very good. The show itself was a little hard to follow and I'm not sure that I ever got exactly what the plot was, but it was great nonetheless. Not sure I would do the transportation again because we had to take a cab to Playacar Mall and get dropped off there after the show, which was much farther away than I originally thought. I would definitely go see the show again, but the transportation is probably more of a hassle than its worth....

Speechless, this was very entertaining especially on a night when you just want to semi relax. Get there early, not like us arriving 10 minutes before the show starts........which was the multiple shots of drinks at the Artisan All-Inclusive hotel we stayed at. The show starts promptly on time and the hour and half running time flew by making you want to see more of it..........AWESOME Show

I am not a big Cirque di Soleil fan but this venue is beautiful and the show was entertaining. The food presentation and service was great. The food was good but it was really about the presentation. The champagne was better than I expected and served nicely chilled.

DONT BOOK WITH TRANSFER! After directly confirming the details of the reservation via phone with an authorized sales agent, we purchased the show tickets with round trip bus transportation. We were advised to be at the bus stop 30 minutes prior to departure. THE BUS ARRIVED 45 MINUTES LATE. Upon arrival, the agent who checked the list of passengers informed us that the bus would return by 9pm at the pick-up location after the show. WE MISSED 30 MINUTES OF THE SHOW by the time we arrived at the ticket counter for admission. At the end of the show, we searched for the bus, and we were told that the bus would not be there for another 30 minutes. We had specifically checked with a booking agent on the phone as well as the agent who checked us into the bus that we return in time to the pickup location in Cancun. We had taken a ferry from Cozumel to come see the show, and the last ferry for the night departed at 10pm. EVEN THOUGH WE HAD PAID FOR TRANSPORTATION, we had to take a taxi from the show back to Cancun so we would not miss our ferry back to the hotel in Cozumel. The taxi ride cost an additional 40 to us.

Probably expected more that we got. Show is really short, but it is an OK show. Nothing WOW that I would say you have to see it. Now what I did NOT like was purchasing the transportation package because you have to travel to town in order to get taken to the show in my case it was further to travel to town than to take a taxi directly to show. So I lost out on the transportation portion on this.
