Merci Alexia, we enjoyed our experience. The hidden Cenote was the highlight. The ATV was a top-quality, side-by-side BRP ATV, not a cheap Chinese copy.
Fun times- expect to get dirty
Melissa_N, Apr 2024
Fernando and Fernanda (not sure if they were messing with us with their names) were our guides. They were wonderful! We didn’t go crazy fast but it was fun and dirty. Recommendations- expect to get dirty, buy bandana, they provided goggles. Wear clothes you don’t care if they get dirty. Wear your bathing suit. Pack your towels in a closed bag. Wear socks and sneakers, pack water shoes for the walk to the cenote is over tree roots and rocks. We would recommend this for those who like this activity. We did the 11:30-2:30 trip. The cenote was chilly yet refreshing.
Fantastic Experience

Tons of fun and a great experience. Alexia and Fernanda could not have been better guides or kinder to our kids. The cenote was like nothing I’ve ever seen before.
Great time

It was fun and our guide was amazing! Great cenote and ride, very dusty wear closed shoes and a shirt that can get dirty.
Horrible experience.

Felt/feels like a scam. Paid full price with no reasonable resolution. No concern for me, my family or for coming from the US. Since you paid, you’re at our mercy, with little mercy to spare. I was in contact with at least five people, each showed little to me empathy or concern. Poor customer service.
Great fun! Very enjoyable! Alexia and Fernando are awesome!

Alexia and Fernando we're amazing! Very lively, knowledgeable and funny! We were on the side by sides for about an hour and 20 minutes! Very dusty but very fun! We then went to the beautiful cenote where we swam and Alexia told us many things about the history and native animals here! Such a great experience! Would definitely do it again!
Recommend to anyone

Great experience we plan to go again when we return- bring something to cover your hair from all the dust but overall great experience
A great time!

This was a really fun excursion. We both enjoyed the ride through the jungle in the buggies but the highlight was the cenote. We had the place to ourselves and it was so lovely. We would highly recommend this half-day outing.
A fun one!

We did not quite know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised by this experience. It was so great! Our tour guides (Fernando and Fernanda) brought the fun! They were energetic, informative, hilarious and safety-conscious. The buggy ride was hot and dirty, but nothing a cool, refreshing dip in the cenote wouldn’t cure. It’s was beautiful and magical and so much fun! Highly recommend!
It was ok

Driving around was ok. Only went off the roads a few times. Cenote swim was enjoyable. The guides were great, but if you had in mind ripping around on some trails then your in for a little let down.
Fun Tour

Beautiful place to swim & a fun way to get there!
Heather_g, Mar 2024
The ride to the entrance of the property was not too lengthy. When we arrived, we bought some bandanas (recommend) so the dirt wouldn’t get in Your mouth. Drove razors to the cenote which was super clean & very beautiful. Fernando the guide spoke great English & was very knowledgeable with a great personality. Would recommend this experience!
Great Tour!

Fernanda and Alexia were great guides!! They were so sweet and excited to take us on the tour. They were both multilingual speaking at least 3 languages so they could talk to people that didn’t speak Spanish or English. They were amazing!
Do it….No regrets!!!

Group of 4 of us, we rode double passenger…one couple in late 30’s the other in late 50’s. When I tell you, this tour made our trip. “It made our trip”!!!! Ricardo was driver who picked us up, on time. We traveled to location which was about 30 min from our hotel. At one point we drove thru a security gate and drove a long drive on a narrow road on the reservation. I did get a little nervous and wasn’t expecting that, so I’m including in my review for anyone who may be hesitate about traveling internationally and leaving resort. This tour is completely safe, even thru the jungle. When we arrived at the location we were met by Fernando and Alexandria our tour guides. They were super nice and friendly. Gave us opportunity to use restroom and change before departure, because once you leave to head to cenote there are no bathrooms. We head out at if took about 45 min to get to cenote. Once we arrive we parked and did a short but kinda steep hike on big rocks to get to cenote. When we left we hiked up same thing…but we all made it back to the atv and wouldn’t change a thing. Its all a part of the adventure and experience. Our way back took about 30 min because they took a different route. There were snacks for us and then we headed back with Ricardo. Please remember to bring tips for the amazing tour guides and the driver as well. If I could do it all over I am confident we chose the correct tour for this experience.
Worth it!

The experience was AMAZING in so many ways. Our guides Fernando, and Fernanda, were fun, happy, knowledgeable and all around, wonderful to work with. They answered all of my many questions, and provided us with so much information about the Mexican culture and the beauty of the cenotes. That was definitely the highlight of the trip. The cenote could have been one of the most beautiful places that I have ever been to! It would have been nice to have more time to explore another cenote if we had spent less time on the buggies. There was another party of only four on the trip with us, so it was also very personalized! All in all, an amazing excursion and one I would highly recommend!
Thrilling ride through jungle paths
ErickDaniel_M, Feb 2024
Driving through a jungle path while the rain was pouring was really something else! Be prepared for some rain: even just being about 30 mins outside of Playa Del Carmen, the weather is completely different. The dune buggies were quite easy to drive, with the only issue being doing u-turns on narrow roads. The cenote was quite nice as well, but it really is the dune buggy driving that stood out.
Best bang for your buck!
Alicia_R, Feb 2024
The staff was so great- happy, engaging, silly. The experience was the perfect length and everything was so lush and beautiful. The cenote was lovely and a beautiful experience.
