    Please note that we have different fares depends on the distance of your hotel to the Cancun airport. If your hotel is in Playa del Carmen area you must select Playa del C option. If your hotel is in Cancun area you must select Cancun option. If you have questions regarding what fare to select please feel free to reach out to us. Upon arrival: Our driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name. Upon departure: Our driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. How long before departure does your pickup start? Cancun Area suggested time: 3 hours before departure Playa del Carmen area suggested time: 4 hours before departure Tulum area suggested time: 5 hours before departure Please note that pickup time can be change contacting our customer service staff.

    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    Driver was great. Patient because we had passengers accessibility restraints and also children. Communication with company was amazing!

    Great Service. I had booked the trip from Cancun instead of Playa Del Carmen as it wasn't clear on how to cook the one way trip. After trying to reach the local company, I was able to find out that the trip was booked incorrectly and informed to contact Viator Customer Service to revise the booking. We were able to resolve the issue and finish the trip

    So far so good. I have to remember people drive differently in different countries. So if your not afraid of not using turn signals and random lane changes nearly missing other vehicles you’re good. Driver was excellent! Communication excellent. Met us outside the airport. Excellent service.

    The drivers were great, but I had to play phone tag back-and-forth the day before our departure to have a driver lined up to take us back to the airport since they never bothered to contact me. We were down to the wire and initially were told this was not round trip. Luckily my persistence paid off as I knew I paid round-trip, but the Viator representative continued saying it was not. Not exactly the experience I would ever want again.

    Everything was smooth. Our driver was waiting for us in front of margaritaville with a sign that had my name. Easy to find. Took us to the front door of our hotel. And pick up was also easy-going!! Would use again!

    On-time pick up in a beautiful big van all to ourselves. Our driver got us to the airport for our flight safely and we had plenty of time to check in to our flight. We felt much safer than taking an ADO bus whilst it was dark - thank you!

    Very reliable, efficient and great at communicating with us, loved the experience 10/10, transportation for 5 in a private van for us for under $40 was unbearable and awesome!

    Good for the price. Make sure you know which terminal you are coming out on. Mine was not there when I arrived but the other taxi people at the airport were able to call the number they were texting me from and communicate.

    The bus was great we got to the hotel safely and we had lots of room that was not cramped. On the way back to the Airport my wife dropped her card wallet in the bus. Sergio contacted us came back to give us back the wallet. Which was Awesome.

    Very kind and accommodating. My flight and luggage was delayed over an hour and my driver was so sweet, waited and was very accommodating. Customer service was great as well!

    Unfortunately the driver was not there to meet us. I had no contact information as I turn off my cellular when out of country. Fortunately there was an airport information person who was able to contact the driver; he said he would be another 10 minutes. Very disappointing and unprofessional. The driver was very nice and helpful though, although he didn’t even apologize

    I had purchased a pick up and drop off from my Playa del Carmen hotel, and take me to the airport in Cancun. The instructions I received was that someone would contact me the day before to confirm the pick up time etc. The day before I was due to fly home and I had not heard from the shuttle company. I rang them and there was no reply. I of course was starting to panic at this point. Eventually late on into the evening, I got a what's app notification (which was fine) from the company to say that they didn't realise when they accepted my booking that my hotel the Nautilus was in Playa del Carmen and not Cancun, and they wanted an additional US$30 from me, before they commit to picking me up in the morning. It's late on in the evening and I needed to be away around 0830 - 0900 in the morning. I was left with little choice but to agree to paying the extra money. They told me to take it up with Viator. I leave you to draw your own conclusions as to how I felt!!

    Excellent ride. Orlando was a great driver. But much too difficult to connect with the company once at the airport and car was not ready u til 90 minutes after landing. We were late to our hotel and that was not fun.
