We were forced to ride an old bus with no shock absorbers on an unpaved road for over 4 hours to our destination. Like riding a mechanical bull. A nightmare. Do not take this tour. It was also overpriced on every level. Low class. Low rent. A scam only benefitting the local provider. Also Viator is totaly disregarding my valid complaints and providing any refund. Again do not take this tour.

Our company we did a lot for you dear customer by doing business in loss rarely some losses doesn't effect too much for to continue our business regularly is my positive thinking.
Nepal is Under developing country and almost all highways are in under construction to make it wider but present road (Pokhara to Kathmandu) condition are not too bad... there are several tourist travel in between everyday even several flight cancel in this sector all people including tourist need to travel by same road.
Dear guests you booked our trip Bandipur homestay( almost 70 km from Pokhara, on the way to Kathmandu) for one night.
So myself longtime(from grass level) working experience with the all kind of foreigners I have sent best knowledgable guide for the you senior citizen people...And manage best(VIP) homestay accommodation in Bandipur..
Dear guest you are very happy in Bandipur village and all the famous attraction visited so happily with our tour guide Mr.Bharat. He always provide his full effort to make them happy.
There complain is only about transportation to Bandipur by sharing bus in not well maintain or under construction road. However according to our inclusion itineary going time I booked the tourist bus which is going to Chitwan and when they got down at Dumre I have provided separate reserve taxi to Bandipur .
And next day onthe way back I have sent one private reserve jeep from Pokhara and bring them very safely to Pokhara by loosing high cost different then the sharing bus (inclusive).
These all effort and losses are done for to make the customer happy but all our effort gone to the water or worthless. because customer doesn't understand about Nepal and its road condition. bad roads is not our public faults.
we are the tax payers.
Nepal government is very responsible for this..
Dear sir/madam crystal holidays did a lot and high cost rather than the includes activities in our agreement which is written so clearly.
But even they instead of sharing bus travel we provide private jeep to bring you back to Pokhara in loss to make you happy, I dont understand still not happy with us. hopefully this road will be complete within one year from now then should be fine.
Even though I try to contact 2 days before in whatapps but didnot got any response. otherwise I explain some situation regarding all the trip.
even though in our agreement there clearly written includes and excludes. Normally we are not in touch with the guest booked by viator app. we are only the service provider in right time and best service.
Dear sir / madam be happy always and think positive to all. read carefully all details before booking your trip and always any unclear items try to solve with email or whatapp. have a great time. if possible next time you come to Nepal choose us for the tour arrangement and myself I will present to provide you the best services in Nepal. all the best.
