Great tour hitting all the best spots to volcano, lakes, ocean views, a local cafe. Plus our guide, Carla, was friendly, spoke English well, and was very informative! She was a responsible driver and gave us much history too. There were plenty of stops to take photos and enjoy the views. Also went to pineapple growing operation.

The lakes were beautiful and the stops made on the way for pictures were amazing. The driver was fantastic and even made an additional stop the the pineapple plantation that was not on the viator description.

We never took the tour. It was a nightmare! Walked almost a mile to van after waiting till 9:15 for another couple that apparently went to a wrong meeting place. Got to the parking lot where the van supposibly was. After a20 minute wait for him to get the van he came out of an area and again asked us to walk to the van, only to find out the wait was because he went to pick up the late couple. We are disabled and that couple that was late and picked up took the front seats and refused to move. Being disabled, we couldn't crawl in the back. Azores tours mgr refused to send another van. Would have been packed in like sardines. So they left us behind. We were there at 8:35 for 9:00, first ones there. Late people went and we couldn't cuz they refused to move to the back after they were the ones who were late and got picked up. We, the handicapped people had to walk and physically could not get in the back of the van where the late people were picked up couple should have been sitting. I blame the van driver. He knew we were disabled and shouldn't have made us walk, leave us in an area when we told him we couldn't walk anymore for over 20 mins while he went to pick up the late couple and gave them priority. Totally unacceptable the way it was handled. Never again!! I'm also a travel agent and send a lot of business. It was disgraceful!!

Erik was great! He answered our questions and made sure we took out time on all the spots we stopped at. Beautiful day. His peer communicated with him to let him know of an accident ahead where we would have been stuck for over an hour (we were at the end of the tour). Turned around, longer route but made it back to the ship with plenty of time.

The entire tour of Sete Cadades was fantastic. Carla did an excellent job.

Navigated through the island due to a closed road and got us back to our ship with no stress.

Beautiful views but guide needs a microphone. Time flew by because of number of stops. Other then the pineapple plantation we drove , stopped and enjoyed the island.

Amazing views and beautiful locations. This trip visited a pineapple plantation grown in glasshouse, before heading to the west of the island and visiting the ancient caldera. The best over look was from an abandoned hotel which gave a view that was breath taking.
A little disappointed with the lateness of our fellow guests a large family group that kept us waiting in the cold, while they breakfasted

You no mr Jeffrey you did not book a privat tour, so its normal wen you go on a mini van with 8 persons you have other 6persons that can take a little more time.
Next time you book a Prívate tour and you can do what ever you whant it will be a plaseur for our Company going with you.
