We were standing nearby in the wrong place before our meeting time. There was no sign and no one phoned or messaged me so the tour operator just left 2 minutes after the meeting time without us. She was very unkind. I think she could have phoned to tell us where she was. We’re elderly people and we walked a long way to get there. She just didn’t bother.

Thank you very much for your feedback, which deserved our best attention. We are sad to hear that you were unable to arrive in time for the tour. Regarding this issue, has you know, the meeting point, as well has all our contact information, can be found on the confirmation email the customer receives upon booking a tour with us. On that same email, the customer is advised to be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the departure time,for the check-in. The contact we received from you was at 10h03, via email. The tour leaves at 10h. At the time that you sent the email the other 42 customers were already boarding the boat. We even delayed the tour for a few minutes to see if you would arrive. You did not, so the tour procceded has expected.
I hope you understand that in the event of a delay, the customer must contact us, either via phone or email, to let us know what has happened. Just like you did, but at least 30 minutes before the tour, so we can help you with any issue. 5emotionsalgarve Team

Great time on the water! Guide was extremely knowledgeable. We got to see dolphins and explore the beauty of the caves along the coast.

We had an amazing time seeing both bottlenose and common dolphins. The tour guide Angela was very informative and friendly too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a boat trip around the Portimão area.

Amazing tour!! Got to see dolphins up close while getting plenty of information from the marine biologists on board. Then toured the caves - another amazing experience. Well worth it!

The weather is so good and the sea is so calm. We saw a lots of dolphins and they are so lovely and beautiful. We also saw lots of amazing caves and the even enable to enter into several amazing caves. The Biologist on Board is very experienced and knowledgeable. A remarkable experience. Must join this tour.
