Thank you very much for your feedback, which deserved our best attention. We are sad to hear that you were unable to arrive in time for the tour. Regarding this issue, has you know, the meeting point, as well has all our contact information, can be found on the confirmation email the customer receives upon booking a tour with us. On that same email, the customer is advised to be at the meeting point 30 minutes before the departure time,for the check-in. The contact we received from you was at 10h03, via email. The tour leaves at 10h. At the time that you sent the email the other 42 customers were already boarding the boat. We even delayed the tour for a few minutes to see if you would arrive. You did not, so the tour procceded has expected.
I hope you understand that in the event of a delay, the customer must contact us, either via phone or email, to let us know what has happened. Just like you did, but at least 30 minutes before the tour, so we can help you with any issue. 5emotionsalgarve Team
