Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

3 hours of knowledge, fun, laughter and e-scooters! Great time with the lovely Vit who showed us everything that Prague has to offer. Cannot recommend this tour highly enough. Loved it

I loved our tour guide Alex. His history was impeccable, and English was near perfection. It was just myself and my two friends, and they took us anyway. We went over the suggested time and were able to cater the tour to what we wanted to do more. Alex was such a blast. We developed a great rapport with him. I wanted to put him in my pocket and bring him home with me. The ride itself was so exhilarating. It would have been impossible to do that ourselves.

What an incredible experience! Vladimir was great and I never felt so free and alive than when we were cruising around the city, up or down, enjoying the fresh air, the amazing views and smells, and all That without getting our legs exhausted! Nice touch with the seat and panoramic view! I loved every minutes of it and recommend it to anyone!!! Just takes a few minutes to get comfortable:)

Fun and scary at the same time. I was holding on so tightly that my wrists hurt and was scared I’d fall over into the traffic. But the sights were amazing and we had a blast.

Hello Laurie. Thank you for your feedback! What traffic do you have in mind? During the whole 16km tour we are on a street where there are few cars only by National Theatre for about 300m :) The whole part (besides this National street where we stay on right side and there can be realistically 5 cars passing us) is on bicycle roads, parks and roads without cars (Prague Castle area). We had a 3 hour city tour with Jachym. He was a fantastic guide and was filled with so much information. We learn limited European history in the USA and he was knowledgable and passionate and taught us a lot. We saw more of the city than we ever could see on our own. The scooter was easy to steer and it was helpful since I have a bad knee so cannot do much walking. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

We booked this last minute and were very pleasantly surprised. The scooters were a fun and efficient way to see many parts of Prague. Alex was a great guide with a fun sense of humor and gave relevant and interesting information throughout the tour about the architecture, art, and history of Prague. We even stopped for beers which was a nice break. Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant tour of Prague and the tour guide Jacob was absolutely amazing , even managed to stop of for a beautiful drink at the monastery. Would highly recommend this to anyone as we will definitely be back .

An absolute must!

Best thing I did in Prague. Our tour guide, Jakob, spent so much time and effort giving us the history of this beautiful city. If you are on the fence, just do it!! I can promise you, you won’t regret it. We fit in all the major sights and even a little stop to try monk’s beer at the monastery. I would do it again. I did it alone and ended up with the best group of people. 10/10 recommend!
