  • The tour is in English. In the Little Fortress we can offer French, Spanish, Italian or German language if the guide is available in Terezín in the Little Fortress. If not, guests will receive text in a language other than English. At the crematorium, clients can receive a text in a language other than English.
  • In the case of a larger group, e.g. 10 people, we try to arrange a guide in French, Spanish, Italian or German for the entire tour already from Prague.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 25 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Terezin/Theresienstadt

Learning that, as we stood in the center of the town, the entire town was the Terezin Ghetto as it had been a Czech military installation converted to use as the Ghetto. Our tour guide, Victor, was excellent.
Sad but true history of Terezin

The tour of Terezin is very sad and emotional but we r glad we seen and heard about this part of history. Our tour guide was excellent and answered all our questions and gave us a in-depth story of Terezin.

The driver had to detour because of an accident and then got lost. This added an hour to the trip. No apology for the delay, no attempt to rectify the situation. Also the site itself was disappointing. My grandmother died in the concentration camp there and the tour now is of a lot of empty rooms. This isn’t the fault of the tour company, but I just can’t recommend a tour of empty rooms.

Non engaged guide, which leave us with another guide, without telling us where she will meet us afterwards. We have to ask people around us, where she could be. Second, the driver was absolute out of range with his speeding at 175-180km/h... that’s really NOT okay

Dear Kann, The interors if Terezin are made by guide of the memorial. The guide who follow you is wainting for you togeter with the driver. The driver could not had speed 180-220. The limit here is 130 for highway and we have never had any problem as there are cameras automatically taking imagines if cars going up the limits. Thank you for your opinion. Best regards

Al realizar la reserva solicitamos expresamente un guia de habla en español. Se retrasaron 20 minutos de la hora establecida, para venir a recogernos al punto de encuentro. Al llegar a la fortaleza pequeñas nos atendió una señora filipina muy amable, pero que hablaba castellano muy rápido y se le entendía bastante poco, estuvo con nosotros casi una hora y lo vimos todo muy rápido, sin pasar por todas las estancias ni dejarnos tiempo para realizar fotografías. Después nos llevaron a ver un film de unos 25 minutos. A continuación nos recogieron para llevarnos al museo y a la gran fortaleza, donde ya no vino la guía que hablaba castellano, se quedó con nosotros el conductor de la furgoneta, un señor muy educado y amable, pero que se dirigía a nosotros en inglés. Ha sido muy decepcionante, preparamos este viaje con mucho esfuerzo e ilusión y nos hemos sentido engañados, porque llamamos en varias ocasiones para asegurarnos que la visita sería en castellano y nos lo aseguraron, pero finalmente fue en un castellano complicado de entender, sólo durante parte de la visita.

Theresienstadt ist zwar grausam ( was damals passierte ) , aber nicht so mit Tourismus überladen . Man konnte auf eigene Faust die Gedenkstätte erkunden . Sehr empfehlenswert !!

Contraté la excursión en español y el guía no hablaba español, además llegó tarde. Hablaron con él en checo por teléfono, pero nadie nos llamó para darnos una explicación y el tampoco. Nos dijo que o la hacíamos o cancelábamos pero no nos decía las opciones de cancelación.

Unser Entschluss, Teresienstadt zu besuchen war spontan. Trotzdem hat alles super geklappt. Die Organisation und Betreuung vor Ort war spitze. Die Führung war interessant.

Nous avons acheté cette activité pour 4 personnes en français. Loin de moi l'idée de faire une critique négative sur l'activité mais notre journée ne fût aucunement agréable. Dès le départ, tous c'est mal passé! Départ dans l'autobus supposément climatisé (il faisait plus de 30 degrés à l'extérieur), le chauffeur refuse de mettre l'air climatisé (inclus) Le guide dans l'autobus n'est pas agréable (agressif et impatient, ils est impossible de poser une question) Arrivée dur le site de la prison, on apprend que nous n'aurons pas de guide en français pour la visite et même chose pour l'autre groupe en italien qui nous accompagnait Nous devons tous acheter une carte en français pour se repérer sur le site car selon le guide de l'autobus: CE N'EST PAS MON PROBLÈME! Retour vers Prague, toujours pas d'air climatisée et en plus ils refusent de mettre la ventilation L'activité comprenait aussi une visite du crématorium mais nous n'y avons pas été conduit Lors de l'activité, nous nous sommes dit que nous étions tombé sur des employés incompétents et frustrés. Par contre, lorsque j'ai soumis la problématique à la compagnie Grey Line Czech qui nous a vendu l'activité, on nous a seulement répondu : Nous vérifions auprès le guide et nous vous donnerons une réponse. Aucun retour de la part de l'entreprise malgré plusieurs suivis de notre part. Si vous désirez faire cette activité, je vous conseille de faire le tour avec une autre compagnie qui offre la même excursion.

Cher client, Merci pour vos commentaires. Cependant, nous avons répondu à vos commentaires. Toutes nos voitures sont neuves et équipées de la climatisation. J'ai parlé au guide et il m'a dit que la climatisation était de toute évidence en marche. Si vous aviez chaud à l'arrière, vous auriez dû lui demander de modifier la température, ce que vous n'avez malheureusement pas fait. En ce qui concerne la forteresse de Terezín - ici, les visites sont organisées par les fonctionnaires de Terezín. Dans 90% des cas, ils donnent un guide en direct. S'ils ne le font pas et ne vous donnent que des textes imprimés, nous ne pouvons pas les reprocher. Ils organisent les visites dans la langue qui prévaut en termes de couple dans une autre langue, puis ils ne reçoivent que les textes imprimés.
