This is MUST do tour in Pucón! Our guide picked us up and dropped us off from our hotel (it was me and my boyfriend), handled all the equipment, provided wet suits, took videos/photos, and taught us how to handle the kayaks/river. I’ve only kayaked a handful of times and he made me feel super safe and comfortable. The tour was so much fun as well! Beautiful water, mountains, and a great side of Chile. It was an extremely enjoyable experience and one of the highlights of our trip! The guide truly knows what he’s doing! Trip is offered in English as well. HIGHLY recommend! This was a more personalized experience than doing the rafting. Thank you so much!

WOW. Guillermo is full of JOY and passion for the river and for sharing the sport and spirituality of Kayaking with you. From the moment he picks you up he exudes enthusiasm. Think: Danny Rojas from "Ted Lasso" vibes. We were actually very tired and beat up when it was time for the tour. The second we got in to his truck, our mood was transformed by his infectious joy and we were swept up in his excitement and ready to rock !! Truly Guillermo turned our day into an amazing experience and a memory we will always cherish. We learned a lot as he gave excellent instructions before and during the trip. The equipment was all first rate quality and he also imparted much info about the local vegetation and wildlife. You must kayak in Pucon with Guillermo !!!!! KAYAKE IS LIFE! <3 :)

Had an amazing afternoon with Lorenzo and Guillermo guiding us through the rivers on kayaks, there knowledge of the area elevated the experience and ensured we had an amazing time whilst remaining safe. Would totally recommend, an unforgettable afternoon with great people.
