My family of 4 had a great time aboard the Tip Top Catamaran. The atmosphere, excitement, food, drinks, and crew were all excellent. The crew was so attentive and eager to help everyone with movement around the boat.

This excursion was lovely. The pick up was in time, the boat was ready for us. Alain and his crew were super friendly, organized and attentive. They took care of us and made sure we had a great time. Alain speaks English, French and Spanish. I was sceptical before booking but it turned out to be a wonderful experience.

Entertainment. Prefer catamaran in Cuba. As an older couple it was hard to get in boat. Prefer in a Marina with proper access to Catamaran.

I was initially iffy about this excursion, but after going on it, I cannot stress how much fun it was. Being on the catamaran and jumping off to snorkel was an amazing experience. Worth every penny and would do it many times over if i could! Highly recommend

This experience was amazing. The drivers and boat crew were all the best! Great service. Great snorkeling. Great food. 10/10 would recommend anyone visiting the Puerto Plata area to take this tour. We had the biggest boat in the harbor and arguably the best time.

10/10 a great way to start the trip! Staff is friendly and helpful, dancing was fun. Food & drink was okay but vibes were AMAZING! Snorkeling was fun and the water is beautiful.

Unfortunately we are unable to review. They canceled on us that morning, then offered to reschedule at a time we couldn’t do. They did not work with us and we were only here a week.

A Great Day at Sea

Great onboard activities. The staff were excellent and put on enjoyable entertainment. They were also very caring and prepared for anyone struggling with sea sickness. Alan, along with the crew, put forth a great effort to ensure we all enjoyed the experience. The food provided at lunch was excellent and there was lots of it. We will book this excursion again if we are back in Puerto Plata.

Fun but overbooked

Staff was really friendly but snorkeling was so so : nothing much to see. The very bad thing was that the boat was overloaded. They told me that it was supposed to be 45 people Maximum but we were around 60!!! There were no place to sit for us because there is like 24-36 places to sit. Some guests was putting there bags beside them on the boots taking 2 places and staff didn’t say anything! It should be o more then 45 people and staff should say to guests to not be so selfish!

An amazing trip!

We had the best time with Allain and the crew! We were picked up at our hotel and taken directly to the boat. The snorkel spots were lovely and we felt we had just the right amount of time to swim. Lunch was delicious and my husband even went back for seconds. There was music, dancing, and an open bar! We are so grateful we booked this trip and would do so again. Again, the crew was amazing and made the trip so memorable.

Lots of fun! The crew were very friendly and helpful. Snorkeling was good but not spectacular. Food and drinks were good. Consider taking motion sickness meds if you even suspect you may need them. I’ve never needed them before but got pretty queasy when the main sail went up and we picked up speed.

Good drinks, good food, great crew, nice snorkeling. I was afraid the boat would be a bit crowded but it really wasn’t bad. They played great music and got people up and dancing but there was also time to just relax in the sun. We really enjoyed the trip.
