As for the photo service, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay. We typically post photos 3-5 business days after the tour, and we take pride in being the only company to offer complimentary photos. However, we understand your frustration and will work to streamline this process to ensure a more efficient delivery of photos in the future.
We want to clarify that stopping at the souvenir shops is entirely optional, and guests are welcome to opt out if they prefer. We give our clients approximately 15 minutes after the tour in case they wish to explore or purchase something.
