We offer pick ups from most hotels. Let us know where you are staying in the 'Special Requirements' box in the Traveler Details section during checkout. Or you can let us know after booking by visiting 'Manage my Booking' and emailing us there. Departure point: The exact location of your pick up will be specified on your email confirmation. Some hotel pick ups will occur directly in the hotel lobby and others will occur at the MAIN GATE. Some hotels have multiple lobbies. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure you are in the CORRECT pick up location. Please double check your confirmation for exact pick up instructions. For all concerns or questions please call the number provided on your confirmation voucher. Directions: Driver will have your name and will be holding a sign that says El Tour Caribe with our logo. Please make sure you are waiting at the proper pick up location. If waiting in a lobby please monitor the door and look for the driver. Do Not sit a bar or lounging area as that will make it difficult for the driver to know that you are waiting for pick up. Once you tell us where you are staying, we will send you an email informing pick up time at your place, please check your email.
