What To Expect

Your journey begins with a pick-up from your Punta Cana hotel; if your location isn’t listed, you will be advised of the nearest pickup point. Arrive at the ranch and receive safety instructions for your UTV or ATV before revving up your engine for an adrenaline-packed ride.

Zoom through challenging terrains, winding through lush forests and tropical gardens, until you reach an organic farm. Indulge your taste buds with the rich flavors of Dominican coffee, homemade chocolate, and other local delights.

Sub-Par, Go with a different Outfitter

The guide was very nice. The ride out to the facility was fun in an open air jeep type bus. The facility is out in a poverty stricken area with trash all over the place. There are LOTS of people asking for money and all of the items for sale off site are way over priced. The trails were very muddy and bumpy which is to be expected and made the ride fun and enjoyable. But the puddles are next to trash piles and makes me wonder about what is in the water. We were drenched from head to toe. The cave was awesome, the beach was brown and dirty. The presentation on coffee and chocolate was short and not very informational. The arc ride was fun, but that’s it.

Felix, Joel, Esteban, the other guide with the locs (and the rest of the crew) are AMAZING! My family of 5 felt so welcome and we had the best time. Book this tour now. Buy the photo package. The quality is top notch 👌🏾 and Esteban's photo skills are impressive. Felix took good care of us the whole time. There are vendors at each stop, but follow his instructions and trust that he will look out for you as if you're family. We will come back each time we're in Punta Cana.

Off Roading with major sales pitches and very high priced pictures at the end

The actual offloading with their custom-made machines was fun. However, it describes the tour as going to sample chocolates and coffees when in reality they take you to a sales pitch and sit you down to buy stuff that you can get anywhere on the island. And when they try bragging about their $20 a drink specials, it gives you a taste of what they’re selling. This trip just takes you to destinations where they haggle you and try to sell you everything. Found this trip to be more frustrating with sales pressure. Then to top it off at the end of the trip they try selling you the pictures that were taken. The pictures were nice I admit but when you have to haggle down to $60 per couple for pictures or down to $100 for a large group, we walked away from this one with our heads down. Go somewhere else and enjoy the offloading without being pressured into buying junk. This was the only trip we did on the island that we regretted don’t make that same mistake.

Wonderful experience riding through dirt roads as well as streets. We drove through town and saw local people and businesses. The tour guide Felix and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were great guides. The photographer was on point and got tons of photos which were not included in the price point. Jumping off the cliff into the fresh cave water was exhilarating.

4-hr includes 1 hour of transportation!! We didn't get picked up on time, there were 20 mins late, started the ride 20 mins late.. they wasted time at a shopping place. The macco beach is beautiful and we were told we will spend most time on the beach but wouldn't let us spend event 20 mins. Its too dusty, TAKE A BANDANA OR MASK with you, it's a rip off what they sell at the store. Photographer captured beautiful pictures so take extra cash or credit card with you. Buggy ride is fun but

We had a great time with Luis! Family of 5, got muddy, bumpy and got to swim in the ocean. Got some professional pictures done (package 80$ usd). They like what they do, and you can tell. Bandanas and glasses on site if you forgot yours.

They did not show up, answer calls or respond to my chat. They finally reached out to us after we had been waiting 90 minutes and said they were cancelling because there were not enough people on our area to come and get us. They volunteered to refund our money

This excursion was GREAT! I would highly recommend anyone to go on this excursion. I went with 5 of my friends and we all enjoyed ourselves. Communication with this tour company was great from start to finish. There were about 15 ppl in the group; our group was called baby Jackson and our tour guide was very attentive to everyone. If you are looking to have fun and to get down and dirty then this is the tour for you!

Great tour with improvement opportunities

This tour was good and fun, but what I'd like to highlight is our amazing tour guide Derly. He is one of the best tour guides ever, very responsible, communicative, fun and kind. He even offered to buy some snacks for me and my boyfriend because we didn't have cash, he was super nice, and he's the main reason I'm giving 4 stars. The tour was good, we did a couple of stops during the trip, first for snacks and restroom, then in the Cueva Taina in which you can dive and swim for some minutes, then we made a stop in a community shop to buy souvenirs, I didn't like this part, everything was very expensive and we spent a lot of time there. Finally we made a stop in Macao Beach which is beautiful, but we could only stay there for 25 minutes, it was a shame. I would've liked to spend more time at the beach, at least 45 minutes, instead of the souvenir shop. But in general, it was fine. Be careful of the lots of people - children and adults- asking for money in the streets during the trip. It's something hard to deal with. And don't receive any favor or nice gesture from anybody at public places like the beach, because it's always a service, and they ask for tips for absolutely everything, even for things you didn't ask for. One thing I'd like to mention as an improvement opportunity, is the communication from management. We didn't get any messages for reconfirmation, so the day before the tour at night we still didn't now the pick up time for us in our hotel, I had to contact them to get the information. And the next day, they refused to pick us up at our hotel lobby, so we had to walk around 1km to the main entrance, and wait for them for 10 minutes in the street under the sun because they arrived late. This was something very disengaging for us, we even considered not going at some point, so it's important to improve this in the future.
