What To Expect

Save time and money and combine several different adventures into one half-day tour in Punta Cana. Choose from morning, noon, or afternoon departure and enjoy pickup from your Punta Cana hotel.

At Boogies Punta Cana, receive a safety briefing and instruction on operating ATVs from your guide. Then board your ATV, choosing to ride on your own or to share with another person. Follow your guide through the jungle to an organic farm. Learn about coffee, chocolate, and rum production, and sample some products for yourself.

The adventure continues on to a natural cave with an underground river, which you can swim in during most times of the year. The last stop will be at Macao Beach, where you can relax on the sand and play in the water before returning to Punta Cana, and getting dropped off at your hotel.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The views were amazing and the guide. Everything else about the trip was uncouth beyond description. There is a gentleman with locks. Dark skin and helps you sign the waiver. He also sells trinkets handmade and will try an extort you to buy before your excursion. It made me very upset because he didn’t have to lie about not coming back to this area when we arrive. His mission was to get you to buy because he knew the massive amount of panhandlers nearby.

My tour guide Kingston was great! He showed us a good time. However, DO NOT go to Macao beach, especially if it has been raining the day of, or the day before. My lady, friends and I got ate TF up by sand fleas! This was the worst part of the tour. Beware that the area you drive through will be considered the slums. Your favorite words will be No, No thank you, or simply do not respond. The hardest part is telling children no, but if you engage they will chase you down.

Overall, we had a good time on this excursion. The ATVs are no-doubt exhilarating & the scenery is beautiful. We loved the cenote swim & really enjoyed the stop at the beach. HOWEVER, this excursion is not 4 hours long. We were only out for 2 hours. Also, the photographer seems nice during the excursion, but then he tries to scam you with the price of photos at the end. He would not settle for anything less than $50 USD. We could not talk him down, despite other reviews saying otherwise. Next, the coffee tasting is not as advertised. They give you tiny samples (smaller than a shot glass) and push you through in 5 mins. At the end of the tour, the “tour guide” (who was really just a mechanic to fix broken ATVs - no “tour” was really given) pressured us into making a Google review while he watched us post. Overall, be wary & if you do book, just enjoy the ATVs & scenery during the short time you have ☺️

Fun time on the ATV. If you want to get muddy ride the buggys. We were on atvs and only got a bit of mud splashing up our legs. Fast paced tour, but interesting. You don’t really swim in the cave, you basically jump in and then get out. The vendors were pushy - one squirted water on my shoes to clean them and wanted money. Don’t feel obligated. I didn’t. Overall good time.

The atv/ water cave was a 10 out of 10 they came and got us from our resort we arrived and it wasn’t a wait to get on I was a bit nervous cause I never drove 1 before but once I got on the road that’s all she work we had Gregory as our tour guide so nice and patient I loved every bit of it

An adventure and fun, start to finish

This tour was amazing! So much fun. Felix led our group of 9 and totally prepared us for the 1/2 day adventure. We all had seatbelts and helmets and our 4 wheeler seats were spacious. The photographer who rode alongside us captured every emotion as we trekked thru dust and mud and rough trails. Our stop at a cultural center to lean about and taste local coffee, chocolate and honey was very informative. The underground cave we swam in was surreal. Jumping into the dark, clear, cold water was a definite highlight. Felix then led us to Macao Beach, a gorgeous swimming beach and we had plenty of time for a swim. The complimentary tattoo sleeves were a bonus and some used them to cover their arms from sunburn. This tour was exciting and even tho we did it just 4 days ago, we would do it again if our vacation had been longer.

This tour was great!! We got a backside view of the country and farmland in Punta Cana, and went through actual villages. There are bars and shops near the cenote as well as on the beach. You can get good food on the beach as well, which we were ready for after the cenote and plantation. You can also buy fresh chocolate and other goods at the plantation. Bring cash!

Daryl was a fantastic guide, just the right amount of humour! Explained the tour very well and managed time excellently. What was advised is what this tour delivered. Pick up/drop of was on time. No issues with our ATV’s or breaking down! Speed was just right for this sightseeing tour. Cenote time was on point 20mins as advertised. Marco Beach was lovely, clean crystal waters, 30 mins was just right to take a quick dip! No pushy vendors, they respected ‘No’ for those who didn’t want to purchase. We road the ATV for the entire trip which was nice. All in all was a great experience. Would defo recommend. Take it from someone who doesn’t really do reviews but on this occasion felt needed to give feedback for anyone still debating. Deryl & team keep up the great work!

This trip was amazing!! We had a lot of fun riding the atv & every stop was really cool. The Cenote was incredibly beautiful, the coffee/mama juana/chocolate shop was great as well, and Macao Beach was breathtaking. Our tour guide, Felix, was charismatic, fun, and responsible. We felt safe throughout the tour & well taken care of. Would recommend to anyone who wants to have a really fun and extreme experience!!!
