    Said they wanted to send me a message through whatsapp for time of pickup, and i wanted to communicate via viator, and he said he would update with time and then they never showed up. Cancelled and viator refunded but I would not recommend using this group. Communication is terrible.

    The tour was great! It ended up being rescheduled, but it worked out well for us. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process, from booking to drop off at the hotel. The ride itself was a LOT of fun. The guides were great and the boats were fast! We stopped for a few minutes of snorkeling, went to the natural pool area (really a party area with some drinks that were sold) and then stopped by some whale watching (through a fence) before driving the boats back. All in all, the tour operator was very professional with great communication, the guides were fun, and we all had a great time!

    Most of the time was spent snorkeling and not much driving the speed boat. The snorkeling was enjoyable and we did see a lot of fish. At one point we stopped to swim in a shallow pool and the locals took several pictures on our phone and then wanted to charge us $60/person. Ridiculous! Also watched a few dolphins and stingrays from our boat.

    I bought tickets for 3 adults and two children for a family excursion. Obviously the three tickets for three adults means we all wanted a boat to drive (the website doesnt specify how many boats). Well, when we finally got there, after walking aimlessly down the beach searching for "someone" with our transport driver, we were told by the guide and someone the guide identified as "the boss" that we would have to pay $45 more for a third boat! After minutes of arguing, we kept the two boats. The excursion was ok. The snorkeling was the best part. The water was deep in parts and there were lots of fish around. They also stopped at the boat party area where everyone hangs out on a sand bar. Make sure you like pineapple drinks because thats pretty much all they have to offer. The staff talked more to each other and their other tour buddies than with us about the tour. They are slow to respond to your requests and seem to only care about tips. I would never take this excursion again.

    This was fast and very fun. A great way to start the day or have some afternoon fun. I got to drive a boat for the first time ever! Guides were very nice and accommodating. Sets the tone for an exciting day!!

    This was just horrible and such a waste of time. From the start the tour guide made us feel very uncomfortable from how they came picking us up in a shaded window small car and then the comments they kept making and pushing us to do things we didn’t want to do. We ended up not doing it because the captain insisted that a person in Our party could not do the ride because of their age even though we assured them they had done it in the past and would be fine. They cancelled the trip on us in hopes of us paying them directly to do another activity with them for so much more money! We asked if we could come back the next day because of the weather to which we got quite verbally abused that we were westerners who only trusted the weather apps and would essentially be calling them liars if we didn’t trust them since they were locals and knew that it would not rain though there was thunder and lightening to be seen (it did end up raining a few minutes later for the whole day for the record).
