Rainy Ride!

Our tour guide Oscar was excellent! It was pouring down rain and he gave us the option to go anyway, which we decided to go ahead and go! We had tons of fun splashing through mud puddles and zipping through the palm groves! The whole time, Oscar made sure we were safe and comfortable despite the rain. Would highly recommend this tour!

Great trip, attentive and kind guides. The riding was fun and not overly challenging. And the hike to the waterfall was reasonable and a refreshing break. The hike is difficult if not sure footed, but not far.

Great ATV tour of back roads, a Palm plantation and an excursion into the jungle to see a really pretty waterfall and natural pools. Aron led our foursome on the ATV portion and did a good job of keeping us safe. It was a solid afternoon of fun and exploration.

It was a great time. My husband and two sons drove through the palm plantation, through rivers, up and down some nice terrain. You don’t have to necessarily be experienced to participate.

We had a great time with these guys, the trails through the palm farms were great and the hike to the small waterfall to cool off was even better. They offered a wonderful fruit snack and amazing lunch when we were finished. They were extremely friendly and concerned about our safety. Loved this!

I booked single ATVs for my daughters, but they were not able to control it that well, so tour operator gave us side by side instead for safety and we were able to continue with the tour. Lunch was pretty authentic and tasty.

You ride the ATVs through a trail and then also along the river (where it gets fun!). There's a stop a rainmaker for a quick hike where you can swim or cross the hanging bridges.

We traveled with our 8 year old twins and another family with kids around the same age. Had a great time on this tour. Guides were helpful and took great care of the group. We loved the hike to the waterfall as well as the delicious home cooked lunch. The only reason I gave this tour 4 stars is because we expected to ride through jungle but rather were taken through palm tree fields. It was nice taking the road and passing by little towns and a school on the way to the waterfall though.

Charged for 4 people instead of 2

I am extremely disappointed at this local company in costa rica, they booked me for two atv's instead of 1, therefore charging me for 4 people. When we got there an requested a refund, the woman at the office told me she would speak to her manager and contact me with the refund. Of course that never happened despite me emailing them four times after that date, so I am extremely upset they basically stole from me. I will be calling viator to request a refund as this was absurd.

I’ve never drove an ATV before and was a little nervous to start, but Eli helped me relax and I got the hang of it fast. Gil was another host driver and he was super cool too, very engaging. And cannot forget Alan who got us all there safely. The timing of everything was perfect as we rode for about an hour in the dusty heat then a short walk to a crisp waterfall to cool off and revise with fresh cute pina. Then ride back a different route and have a delicious and filling lunch.
