Airport transfer

Better Communication Needed

We used this service for a ride from the airport to our hotel and also for a ride from our hotel back to the airport. The van itself was fine and air-conditioned and the drivers were nice. My only complaints are the departure times. When leaving the airport, all of the passengers were there and accounted for and we waited a thirty minutes waiting outside the van before we finally left. No explanation provided or estimated time of departure provided. We could have gone to the ATM and taken some money out, or shopped in the airport stores but didn't because we didn't know if we were leaving in 2 minutes or 20 minutes. Additionally, when we were leaving our hotel and heading to the airport, we were told the van would pick us up at 9:30 am. When the van hadn't arrived by 9: 45, we had the front desk clerk call them for an update and they were told, they'll be here soon. The van didn't arrive until 10:00am. While this didn't affect our flight it would have been appreciated if better communication had been given. A text sent to our phone stating the delay/changed time of pickup would have been better customer service.
