After 17 hours of travel from Texas USA, my travel from the airport to my hotel was smooth. From the woman at the counter that changed my bus time to an hour earlier to the driver of the main bus to the driver of the van (who pointed out places to visit on my way to the hotel) everyone was great! The bus was very comfortable and I took advantage of the wi fi on board. I definitely recommend!

I had to carry my own bags from one bus to the other car. I guess you get what you pay for. My family helped.

I was never sent any email copy of my receipt. Went to the desk at the airport and the 1st girl said she had no record of me for this visit, only from our visit in 2018. Instead of going to another information desk, my husband asked the other girl at the desk. She was able to find our info, to the surprise of girl #1! But she only gave us the info for the ride to Reykjavík not Thursdays return. Now I have that to fool with. .

Got bus at airport to station for changeover to minibus to hotel. No problems.

Easy to find , We arrived earlier than our slot and they put us on a earlier one. The staff where friendly and changed my pickup time for going back as it was too early.
Note.. they do not drop at every hotel but at your nearest bus stop. You then walk to your hotel.

As said in the ticket it was from airport to the hotel, they left me at the bus terminal and I paid extra for a taxi. I don’t know if it was viators fault or the operator, but because my ticket was an online one they said i didn’t included hotel drop.

You booked a transfer from Keflavik to Hotel but not in Reykjavik, in Kopavogur, a city next to Reykjavik to which we do not operate transfers.
Therefore your ticket was serviced to the main bus stop in Kopavogur and from there you had to find your way to your hotel. We regret that we could not take you to your destination but unfortunately we are not operating in that area.
Despite booking this transfer with a drop off, a partial refund was made for the drop off service of which you did not benefit, therefore we consider that we did our best in order to accommodate you.
We hope you have enjoyed your time in Iceland and that you will visit us again!

No one was available to speak to at the kiosk. Wanted to change the time for our bus to an earlier bus but couldn’t reach anyone at the office via chat or phone either. Ended up having to pay for ride on top of the one we had already purchased. If your company could reimburse us for the 7:15 AM bus on September 21, that would be great since we had to reschedule for 6:15 AM on the same day.
