You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I was unlucky because there was heavy rain on the day of my original booking. The team reached out to me to schedule a new time that worked around my schedule. They were extremely flexible and accommodating. Although it was still a bit rainy and windy on the day/time that we decided, we still went to the top of the mountains to "test" if it was safe enough to fly. All-in-all, I would highly recommend this group if you'd like to hang glide or paraglide. Seeing the city from that perspective (with an extremely knowledgeable and safe pilot) was the highlight of my time in Rio. 10/10 experience.

I went parasailing with a friend. We wanted to go on Wednesday but it was cloudy, Daniela contacted me to offer us a good spot for Thursday. It was a great tip! Daniela and Luiz are very nice people! My friend was a bit nervous but it immediately disappeared. We didn’t have to wait for anything (except for the right wind). Waiting for the right wind took long this day, but it was totally worth it! I felt safe and had a lot of fun! It’s a great view and Luiz is a very enthusiastic guy. I already told my friends they should go here as well!

If I could give 6/5 stars, I would!!! Dani and Luis were absolutely incredible!!!! They made sure that the timing of the paragliding was safe and suitable with the wind patterns and talked my friend and me through each step. You can get photos for free but only pay if you want the backup camera photos for 200 real, TOTALLY worth it. Highly recommend this experience!!!!!
