Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I'd made my reservation online for the wrong day mistakenly, but staff said no problem and got us in. They also waived the child's admission fee which didn't actually begin until the next day.

The entire trip was wonderful and the museum is amazing!! If I have to pick one thing I think it was getting to physically see pieces that I'd watched being made on tv.

Beautiful museum and very spacious we enjoyed walking around and looking at all the glass creations! Just be aware that it is just the admission tickets. College students and children have different rates but it is the regular adult rate price.

The most memorable part of the tour was the glass blowing demonstrations. Excellent learned a lot!! They were clear and engaging with the demonstrations. Love the extra monitors for better viewing!

Beautiful museum! Take your time... a whole lot to see. Very interesting and informative.
They have glass blowing shows that explain the entire process. Also schedule ahead to blow your own, take home item. Don't miss this if you are in Corning or close by.!!
