Interesting

This was an interesting little tour: probably a little over-priced for the time spent in the actual sites. We first saw about 4 crypt rooms that were very morbidly decorative, with the guide providing some background information about them and the Capuchin monks. Next came a bus drive across town to the catacombs. A local guide took us into the catacombs for about half an hour, providing some information about their history. Then the bus dropped us off in the rain on a street near the meeting point.

Not worth doing

The tour wasn’t really worth doing. Our guide Inti was trying to be funny but failed. He also gave his personal views on religion and said that it wasn’t worth going to the colosseum or the Vatican. Whilst he is entitled to his opinions I don’t think this was the right audience to share them with

We were SO excited for this experience, but walked away feeling disappointed. Our experience in the catacombs, specifically, lacked the lively, interesting commentary we had hoped for.

Myself and my 2 grandsons loved this tour. They came home with a wealth of information and even they were impressed at how knowledgeable our guide was. Good timing on this too.

We had a great experience on this tour! We were lost and the customer service was awesome to help us get there!! The underground catacombs were definitely an e oeeiencecww won't forget! Great tour guide!! Very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable!! The bone art is simply unbelievable, you have to see it to believe it!!

Our tour guide Mike was great! He was very personable, knowledgeable and made the experience enjoyable. The tour is definitely unique which was great to do something different for a change. It was unfortunate that we could not take pictures of the bone chapel/crypt but understood why and that this is not the fault of the tour company. The advertisement stated that touring the crypts was an afterhours exclusive after the doors close to the general public but that was not the case, not sure if the hours had been extended due to the holiday that day? The catacombs however was a private tour. All in all, the tour was informative and very manageable since its not that long. My only criticism was that I felt there were too many people on the tour which wasn't an issue until we gathered in the Bone Chapel exhibits where we were uncomfortably packed like sardines at each stop.
