Tours will run rain or shine (unless the monument is closed by the official administration for safety reasons)

The tour itinerary can start with either the Colosseum or the Palatine Hill/Roman.
The meeting time can be subject to change. In this case, we will call/text you in advance to let you know.
Aerosols, sharp objects and large backpacks will not be allowed
There are mandatory security checks at all entry points to the sites. The time spent in the security line varies and this line cannot be ‘skipped.’ The wait time for the security check can be considerable during peak times/seasons and has nothing to do with the ticket line.
When booking for children under 18 years, a government-issued ID/passport will be required when entering the monument. Failure to bring an ID with you can result in the security staff refusing you entrance to the monument.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.

Humi was an Amazon in tour guide. We learned so much from her and she kept our two teenage boys totally engaged for 2.5 hours! Don’t visit Rome without a guided tour of these areas. So much to learn!

This is not a tour for the average person looking for a basic overview. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable but gave what can best be described as a very academic lecture, focusing on esoteric facts about marble and obscure historical tangents.

Life as a Gladiator!

Magna was clear, knowledgeable and animated. She gave us a passionate tour explaining and using us as examples of what it would be like to be a gladiator. How we would feel and examples of what we should envision. She was amazing and so was the tour. We've had other tour guides who just spoke and walked through the motions. Magna was incredible and you can tell she loves doing it!

Such an incredible tour. Our tour guide Semeli was so passionate about ancient Rome and gave us so many detailed stories so that we could really envision what it was like to be part of such an incredible part of history. Definitely worth a tour guide purely for all the context given and she answered all our questions confidently. I loved her humour and she was very engaging. It was a very hot day but Semeli ensured we found shade and had bathroom/water breaks which was very appreciated.

Luca was our tour guide and did an amazing job. I do want to mention that this tour says it's handicap accessible, however, after going through with a manual wheelchair I can definitely say that it is not. Luca was amazing and full of information.

Though we were late to reach the spot, they welcomed us well and with smile. Our guide Kiara was very sweet and took care of the entire group and showed her photographic memory skills by remembering everyone in the group while taking the headcount and quickly spotted if anyone was left away. Gave enough time to look and visit the places and this helped our old family members to enjoy the trip. Unbiased attention and answering to the silliest of our questions. Well this trip makes sure that we visit this place again and again and with same company and guide.

Awful tour experience with rude staff

Terrible experience with very rude staff. We were late due to us being lost finding the meeting point but I tried calling the guide and messaging them on WhatsApp on the number provided before hand and no response when we finally arrived the guy we found there was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. A woman from another tour company even came to ask if we needed help. Awful awful experience with rude staff. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone due to the staff. If I could give it no stars I would!

I’m sure the guides are wonderful, however, I got charged for the booking and never booked it. We did go to the Colosseum and loved it, but when the charge for this tour came up, I called and questioned it. They kept telling me that I booked it. When I got home and checked all my emails, there was no booking. After several emails back and forth, lo and behold it showed up. They are sneaky. So watch your bookings and keep ALL your emails.
