Stephane was our driver who was very knowledgeable about the history or Rome and provided very interesting details of all the sites that we visited as well as for those we just drove by. We loved the Trevi fountain, spanish steps, the colosseum, and all the various plazzas we saw on our private tour. We saw so many things during our time spent with Stephane and was able to accomplish seeing more than expected with the benefits of being dropped off right in front of the areas we toured, we could never done this amount of sight seeing on our own in so little time.

It’s clearly stated that pick up is by the ship… you move to the Civitavecchia city centre for NO REASONS and we told you to wait there to make things easier… you even get picked half hour before your pick up scheduled time. To be honest this review is unfair for the driver that was early and for us that we changed the pick up point at the very last minute because of your mistake…

This company was the worst transfer we have ever had. In corresponding with the company they were rude and very abrupt not willing to work with cruise line times of disembarkation. We are world travelers and I do not recommend this company to anyone. The ban had tape on the outside of the door to hide damage. If you continue to use them we will not book with Viator again. we are sorry but we do not appreciate your review at all.... let resume the facts....(of course you missed some details in your review...) *you had 3 changes of times within 24 hours from your scheduled pick up, we have accommodate the first 2 but we had to say no to the last one *pick up scheduled at 9 am you get picked at 8,45 am by the ship... *you start messaging at 8,02 am asking for the driver ... -we always replied with the ETA and pick up location... -van have a little cosmetic damage due to an accident happened sunday evening, is hard to fix something like that overnight. - driver did ask you no to drink or eat onboard but you did not listen to him and you dropped a bottle of water and one of coke on the seats... this liquid dropping made the vehicle unusable for other passengers on that day ... driver and company lost time and money. Unfortunately we are not able to leave review for the customers

The driver was excellent and most professional. However, the main office to whom I communicated with was rude, dismissive, and kept calling the driver to hurry up. I would recommend that Viator drop this vendor. I am a travel agent and will warn clients against this vendor.

thanks for your review, sometimes we have to be direct in order to deal with customers and drivers... but we are not rude. this Vendor is with viator since 2012 and provide a great service... of course not for you ... So basically driver was late for whatever reasons and this is company fault? Also we never never hurry up the drivers because for us drivers and passengers safety is paramount. We are in this business since 2001 so we think we are doing something good ....(of course you do not agree and we will take your suggestions on board) suggesting to viator to choose a different vendor I think is a bit over the top specially for someone that is in business and probably sometimes made mistakes as well....(still not clear what kind of problem you had with us...) we are very proud of delivering great service every day, working 20 hours a day ( some people that like to review maybe work 20 hours per week...) 7 days per week 365 days per year...

We booked a car from the port into central Rome. The driver was there waiting for us well before the time we told him we would be able to disembark our ship - we were able to disembark at least 30 minutes early and thought we would have to wait for the driver to arrive but we were pleasantly surprised to see him waiting there with a sign. He was courteous, efficient and drove safely.

Driver was late but we did get an email stating this could happen Driver spoke very limited english and i had to ask numerous times to turn on the A/C unit which we finally got on and cooled the car from the 85F heat inside. Driver appeared to not be to keen to drive us this long distance but did without any complications
