    The American tour guide was very informative and covered a huge amount during the tour. The history of the colosseum and the restoration of some parts was fascinating.

    Amazing tour with amazing guide

    Our guide took us on an amazing trip around the Colosseum and forum and provided so much information, history, and care that it was amazing. My family of 4 was the only group on the trip and the guide was so attentive to my 9 year old who peppered him constantly with questions that it turned out to be her favorite part of our Italy trip. My daughter has pretty serious ADHD and he repeatedly and delicately explained mechanical concepts (specifically the elevator system of the Colosseum) to her while inviting her to keep asking more and more questions, giving her the chance to be fully immersed in the tour. He took photos of our whole family and navigated us around the many very busy and confusing lines of the Colosseum with speed. He seemed to know so many of the employees of the Colosseum and we kept getting fast-tracked into special areas that, I am sure, we only got to with his help and navigation. At the end of the tour he was also willing to take some photos with my daughter, who had engaged him throughout the tour in her Q and A session.

    We had a great time exploring the colosseum - Micah was really knowledgeable and inclusive to all in the group. Would 100% recommend and appreciate the small group - we crossed paths with some large ones and did not look as enjoyable!

    The tour was excellent from start to finish. The group which consisted of 14 people including the guide was just right and the guide was very informative and friendly. As we had a pre-booked tour we skipped the waiting queues for entry into the Colosseum which were long. We loved the fact the guide spoke very good english and explained all the different parts of the Colosseum and how the events took place. We would recommend the tour.

    Went on the small group tour with my mom. The group was the perfect size for a more intimate tour and we were able to skip a longer line to get into the coliseum since the group was smaller. Our tour guide was witty and made it a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely book a tour with them again.

    Our tour guide, Benjamin, was very knowledgeable, but also to the point. He kept things very interesting, and comedic at times as well. We did quite a few tours on our European honeymoon and this was by far our favorite, and was worth the price to skip the line. We were worried about it being 3 hours but Benjamin made the time fly by. It was our favorite part of our whole trip. Would highly recommend this tour and Benjamin.

    This is a nice, comprehensive tour that gives you access to the gladiator entrance and arena floor. Our guide, Barbara, did a great job moving our group through the large crowds and providing us nice vantage points and shade. Be prepared for quite a bit of walking during this tour, but well worth it to see the most important, historical sites of Rome!

    Excellent tour; our guide was so good. He knew so much about Rome history and the Colosseum. Loved the small group so much better than being in a large group. Definitely worth the extra money to join a small group. Highly recommend this tour.

    Great experience. Because of the bus strike we were running behind. They had someone accompany to catch up with the group. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and funny and made the tour very interesting. Would highly recommend Roman Holidays.
