          I along with other people waited for a guide who did not arrive. Terrible service. I want a refund No office. Just hang around and hope someone shows up. Poor poor poor

          Tour provider worked hard to fulfil booking

          Parisa of Eternal City Tours was very friendly and helpful. Due to staff illness and overbooking she was unable to provide us with our tour herself but she ensured she got us onto other tours (with Arena Tours for the colosseum and Crown Tours for the Palatine Hill and Roman Forum) both of which were excellent. Those booking should be aware that the tour companies who are providing tours of the Colosseum, Forum and Palatine Hill seem to help each other out in this way quite a lot. That’s fine and ultimately if they hadn’t had those great working relationships we would not have gotten our tour, but I would say that you need to pay attention to who you are speaking to and write down names of tour operators and personnel in case anything goes wrong with such an arrangement.
