Skip the line only to be put in line.
      Mark_P, Apr 2024
I had my initial ticket cancelled the day before the reserved date without notice. When I called support, I was extremely lucky they had another cancellation about the same time I needed to be there. I bought a “skip the line” ticket but was put in a line anyways along with the entire group I was with. I’m not sure why I paid extra money for this convenience when I didn’t receive the benefit.

Everything was great, i had a wonderful experiente, this is my second time în Rome, but i find it more beautiful.
      You suck!

I liked the part where you changed the start time and denied it than refused to change our time or give a refund. Fun times!
      Horrible

Experiences horrible. They have a little bitty office off the main drag, which they do not tell you it took us an hour and a half to find the office only to wait in line. Do not use the service.
      It was great we didn't...
      Ronda_H, Apr 2024
It was great we didn't have to wait in line to purchase tickets from the original venue, but we really didn't skip the line and go in right away. We still had to wait in a line for just about 5-10 minutes.
      Terrible service
      Cortney_C, Apr 2024
Terrible experience. Using this is similar felt like being scammed. There was no access to the tickets, even after you down the load and the PDF as it lists to do. You must walk to a location of theres and have them access it to print it off. We got lost for over 1.5 hours looking for this location. I wrote to the app asking for help with the directions, no response. When we arrived - they were closing and extremely rude. Said that we are late, they are closed we missed our opportunity no refund. We were visiting from NYC, both work in customer service and understand that things happen but the way this was handled is unacceptable.
Great skip the line self guided option

Skip the line is highly recommended. There were huge lines and crowds of people. The advantage of this tour is you can take as long as you like or do it as quickly as you like. I would recommend adding a tour guide and will do so in the future.
Horrible company - they changed our ticket time to last minute and notified us too late . Don’t use them
      Sahar_H, Mar 2024
Horrible !!!’ Do not use them !!! They changed my ticket time with very short notice . I missed seeing the Vatican because of their screw up If you want to see the Vatican , DO NOt Use this company !! Tickets sold out to Vatican so we are going home without seeing it
      Poor service - Good Destination
      Sean_M, Mar 2024
So we organised our schedule for the day very specifically around the time we booked. They decided the day before to tell me that I now had to come 2 hours and 45 mins before I was booked for. Booking things can be essential in Rome as it makes seeing a lot more in a small time doable. Unfortunately the itinerary for the day became difficult to achieve. The positives - I booked a queue skip after it was sold out from other areas. Downside to the queue skip, they book in groups so me and my finance although individuals had to wait in the line with all the guided tours. The singles queue was nearly empty. Im sure there are plenty of good things this company can do, however using them was a sour experience. The Vatican museums were stunning though. Slightly frustrating that paying for them still requires you then come out and queue for St Peter’s basilica. It is what is though. This review is negative of the provider however The Vatican and Rome in whole are spectacular.

Amazing place So much to see Don't miss the carriages part More fantasict things to see before you enter the listing chapel
      Ok
      David_M, Mar 2024
Good to look at but I don’t believe in that sort of thing. By all means book your ticket beforehand but don’t get skip the line because you still queue and don’t get a guided tour as it’s too long.
Sistine Chapel worth the hype, and more!
      Sarah_T, Mar 2024
Sistine Chapel: take time, don't feel rushed through, treat it as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. It is!!
      Crowded and spoilt
      Hayley_T, Feb 2024
I have been before but it’s sad to say that this time my experience was not a positive one. It was so busy we were being ushered through and I bale to stop and look and take things in. Far too many people and tours. Could see or read and or learn anything. Money making at its best. Too many people allowed in spiking the whole thing. Would not go back. Sadly it was my fighters first time and she didn’t get the full experience So disapppinted q
      Well worth getting skip...

      Deidre_S, Jan 2024
as was the rest of Rome, it was amazing...we had a skip the line ticket and we were walked over to the site by a very nice guide and then we toured on our own...worth the price
      Sistine Chapel was beautiful
      Donna_S, Jan 2024
We enjoyed seeing the Sistine Chapel but found the museum boring after a little while, it’s just so big. The tickets from Viator are probably a little overpriced for what you get but you don’t have to line up so that’s the bonus I guess.

Great service Promptly ‘ delivered ‘ to Vaticani Museo Highly recommended! Thank you for saving me a lot of time
      I guess it’s okay
      Darlene_G, Jan 2024
Not sure how much it was with to skip the lines, except that it can cut down the waiting time to go in. We got our passes at the office, then one of the workers took us to the entrance several blocks away. They went so fast and didn’t notice if any of the group members were with them or not. It would have been better for them to ask if anyone had walking difficulties before just taking off.
This will likely slow you down, not speed you up.
      Steven_S, Dec 2023
Very confused by this experience. We paid almost $50 for a €17 euro ticket. Just go to the ticket office and buy it yourself. Ridiculous. Waste of money and time. There was no line to skip.
