A long day and ride, but worth it for a break away from Rome. Two good guides sharing information on the bus ride. Positano and the coastal area is quite beautiful. Very interesting tour f the Pompeii ruins. Piazza at the lunch stop was excellent.

Pompeii was absolutely amazing. Our tour guide Roberto was entertaining and very informative. Our tour operator's tour guide Sabina had to split between two busses due to an absence but still did an outstanding job. It was a very long day, 14hrs, but all and all an excellent tour. Bring lots of water on a hot day!

We weren’t aware that this trip is 50+ people until the confirmation email the day before. Tried to cancel, tour won’t refund, Viator won’t help either. Feeling scammed and disappointed. Worst experience on this Italy trip.

Guide was great but we bought "small group " tickets and since another guide was sick they combined groups. We were told that we'd get a voucher, hmm. Also, I have difficulty with stairs so she showed me to the elevator. But she didn't tell me that I'd have no choice but to navigate those same stairs to come me down! I wouldn't have gone up!

Definitely a highlight of our Italian adventures! Although the drive to the region was a little long it was worth it! Our guide, Peter George, in Pompeii was extremely knowledgeable and made the tour fun with his humor. Positano was our favorite by far what a beautiful area. We highly recommend this tour

Nice to see the Amalfi Coast and Positano but the highlight of the tour was definitely the Pompeii visit and meal afterwards. Pompeii was amazing and we had a terrific guide, Antonio who was witty and very knowledgeable. Loved our tour. Guides Vivian and Paula along with bus driver Parlo (think I got names right … Wednesday 7.10 am tour 20/9) were also great.

This is a VERY LONG DAY TRIP. we loved pompeii and our guide explained everything so well. It was very hot, so if possible, bring umbrella to cover from sun or a battery fan. It would've been nice if we could've stopped for pictures on the way to Positano since the view was gorgeous, but we only got to see out the window. We didn't spend enough time in Positano and this definitely deserves more time, an hour is not enough. Bring blankets or sweaters for the bus, it gets cold with the A/C. Our guide Marta was really nice and did an excellent job. The ride back at the end is 4 hours, with a stop halfway, so prepare for a long ride. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this tour.

Tour was too long…. we were 90 min late returning because of the traffic (on a Sunday night). We didn’t have time to go through the museum at the end of our tour of Pompeii which was disappointing…… but that could be due to the 2 people in our group who wandered off on their own causing our tour guide to waste time looking for them. Positano has beautiful scenery but the town itself is overrated…… too much commercialization & very expensive….. but they do have the best lemon granita!
