A walk through history

A very relaxed and informative stroll around seeing lots of lovely sights. Visited a beautiful church , The Trevi Fountain was amazing but so rammed with tourists, The Pantheon was impressive and The Piazza Navona definitely worth a visit especially to sit and sip and people watch. Our guide was lovely.

Perfect from start to finish. Camilla our guide was knowledgeable and we took the route at about the right pace. Lots of opportunities to take photos. Well worth it if you've got a couple of hours to spare and want to find some of the tourist gems!

Arrived early so sat in a cafe so to not miss the tour. Got to the fountain with a few minutes to spare. NO ONE CAME TO CONDUCT THE TOUR. STRUGGLING NOW TO GET MONEY BACK. Useless and frustrating.

The most memorable part was not finding the tour, we were 7 minutes late, we got lost along the way to the meering point and the tour was gone. Was really really disappointing. Would love a rain check.

When people are to late or not show in time there is nothing we can do. Our groups can't wait to long. Very frustrating sometimes you would probably not believe it but we get regularly customers saying were were only 10 or 15 minutes late. In case you would have send an Whatsapp or called us we are more then happy to offer you another time or day,.

As per the itenery of viator web site it was clearly mentioned that on week days the guide will arrange to visit the pantheon from inside but the guide refused. Secondly the guide was explaining both in english n also in portugese as there were 3 persons who did not know english. It was a waste of time also no audio system was available. Viator should refund the amount fo this tour

Hello, Since the start of July there need to be paid for the entrance into the Pantheon. This reservations can be only on the persons name. You can understand we can't make it so refuse is not the right word. Thank you
