Disappointing because didn’t deliver what we paid for

Rose Garden. Saw hidden places in Rome. Scenic overlook view was amazing. Paid for private tour and they added 2 people to it. Also late picking us up. Skipped a stop or 2.

we are extremely sorry to hear about it, you booked the tour golf and your hotel was not listed, we tried to call and you guys never replied then we send a taxi to pickup you from your hotel to the pickup point, because the golf cart hasn't permission to go outside of 1.5 km distance from Rome center, so we did our best as we are committed with our travelers.

This was a perfect introduction to Rome and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Kevin was a great guide, showed us the main places and even went off tour for a couple special sites. Saw so many things I would have missed if not for this tour and Kevin. My wife is disabled and this enabled us to see so much of Rome. We are so glad we did this tour.
