    Terrible

We spent 30 minutes in front of a poster in the courtyard while the guide droned on and on. What a waste of time. Such a waste when we could have spent more time walking through the museums. It was almost comical. I will never do this tour again and will discourage anyone from taking it.
    Devastating

My family and I travelled all the way from Atlanta, Georgia, USA for Holy Week and a tour of the Vatican the day before Easter. We arrived at the meeting point at the advised time by Viator only to be told aviator gave us the wrong time. The tour had already started and there were no more tours before our trip ended. We were and are devastated. We spent thousands of dollars and time off to come experience this. We have the email and showed the tour operator who advised they never do yours at 3 pm which was the purchased tour time by Viator. I will never use Viator again and will continue to encourage all of my colleagues and friends to never use them so they don’t ever have to go through such a disappointment. Horrible experience.

We are deeply sorry to hear about the disappointment you experienced during your trip to the Vatican. It is certainly not the level of service that we strive to provide our customers, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive at the meeting point and learn that the tour had already started. Again, please accept our sincerest apologies for the disappointment and inconvenience you experienced. We appreciate your feedback and will do our best to ensure that similar situations do not occur in the future. All the Best Nada
    NOT MUCH FOR YOUR MONEY

So you want to see the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel. We did this tour because we wanted to not wait in line. So did 5 zillion other people. The tour group people were friendly and we found the meeting place easy. The skip the line, we waited maybe 15 min to get in, so that wasn't bad. Once you're in, we shuffled up to the museums (shuffled because of the millions of people touring this). Now you have to go through each museum/room on a snake like trail to get to the Sistine Chapel. No short cuts. It's cool to see the museums and was amazing to see the Sistine Chapel. I'm happy we did this, but it was VERY crowded. Afterwards, we went outside to see St Peter's Square. I kinda wished we spent the time at St Peter's basilica and toured that instead. The square is amazing.

We are sorry that u didn't have a great experience, but the service that we provide was just to skip the line. Unfortunately we can not organize the crowded rooms of the museums. Anyway the feedback must be for our service and not for the museums organization.
