I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I completely understand your frustration. It sounds incredibly disappointing to miss out on such a highly anticipated experience due to circumstances beyond your control. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by the unexpected emergency at the Colosseum and the resulting difficulty in meeting up with the tour group. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will review our procedures to ensure better communication and assistance in similar situations in the future. Unfortunately was something that we cannot control, as they close the entire area and did not communicate that in advance, obviously. That being said we have done our best to reach out to everyone and getting new direction for the updated meeting point. Consider even the fact that the tickets still have an expiring hour and there is other people, like you, that want the tour to start. Even more in this case.
