Your Vatican experience starts in Vatican City, where you’ll meet your host and walk to a private, priority entrance. - While this ticket is a Skip the Line entrance, there is a security check that every passenger must go through. We cannot control the delay this might cause to entering the museum.
- Not wheelchair accessible
- It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point on time. Please plan on being at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the meeting time. Guests arriving late cannot be accommodated, and missed tickets cannot be refunded.

- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I loved that we were escorted straight to the entrance. The meeting spot was easy and the tour coordinators were very professional and nice. I liked that I was able to go at my own pace.

It's great to be able to head straight in and not queue.
The hand held recorded guides are very useful and you can go at your own pace.
Be prepared for the Sistine Chapel to be absolutely packed, and if you want to sit around the edge, just be patient.

Really easy to find the guides to give us the tickets to get in. We really enjoyed it and would definitely go back. We used Rick Steves online audio guides when going round rather than taking a guided tour. Skipping the queue was great because the regular queue was huge.

Soo.. silly me thought we have tickets for different time so we missed our time slot and sadly enough there wasn’t anything they could do about it but was very lucky and got ticket from another agency so we managed to see Vatican City and would definitely recommend to everyone! And definitely get the skip the line as the lines there were crazy!

I just returned from my trip to Europe. This was my fourth tour booked through Viator during our two weeks in Paris and Rome and we had little to no bad experiences until this one. There was a traffic jam due to an accident and we arrived 8 minutes late, only to find that the group had already entered the building. They have refused to refund my money and I am not happy about this. I realize that there are rules in place and as someone who enforces rules in my daily work I can respect that; however, things that are completely out of our control do happen from time to time and this company needs to take that into consideration. I have tried everything I can to get them to reconsider to no avail so I will take it up with my credit card company. Just some words of wisdom for those that may be considering a tour with this company.

Everything was just beautiful, easy to find group and they were very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is that the sign they carry should be taller or higher, sometimes in the crowd you could not see them

We had to wait for other groups to go because City Wonders told us that they weren’t allowed to put multiple groups through at once, so we had to wait so we didn’t get started at our stated time. We were placed on the end of a walk-around tour group to get us through the door. Once we had walked up to the Vatican museum, we were put in a line (for a skip-the-line ticket that was ridiculous), and when we questioned the tour guide, she told us we had to line up and was then dismissed because we weren’t part of her tour group just the extra people to get through the door. She said to another couple you can go now on your own before we had even got into the building.
