Please be aware that to enter the Colosseum it is necessary to pass a metal detector security check; although skip the line tickets are included, on busy days there may be a queue to do in order to pass through security check.
In the event that single tickets are not available, you will enter both the Colosseum and the Roman Forum with a group. Our staff at the meeting point will notify you if this eventuality arises.

Our guide was horrible. He wore flip flops and complained the whole time about his legs being sore walking up and down the steps. He complained about how tired he was from playing in a band the previous night and not getting sleep. He didnt discuss anything of historical value while walking. He excessively discussed gladiators and fighting the entire walk. He made you feel stupid if you asked any questions of significance. As the tour went on, many people turned in their head phones and left the group to experience it on their own.

Nightmare in the Colosseum!

The tour company was rude and unhelpful. We arrived at the meeting point, with no help whatsoever from the tour company, which we were on the phone with, to figure out where we were supposed to meet them and they left us. (5 people) After asking someone, from the tour company, to see if we could re-schedule, the person proceed to scream and be rude to us, saying that if we didn't like it, to take it with Viator. Long story short, Viator, did not refunded us the money and we were never able to re-schedule the tour. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Waiting for 90 mins to enter the colosseum despite the tour supposedly starting at 1100. Long walks beforehand were not at all worth the effort. Especially with children and older people.
