Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
The itinerary order might change. It is possible that you will visit the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill first and then the Colosseum
The costumers need to show up 20 mins before at the meeting point in order to guarantee a smooth departure of the activity.
Please ensure that the full names and birth dates of all participants are provided at the moment of booking, as entry cannot be guaranteed if the booking information is incomplete.
Please be aware that to enter the Colosseum it is necessary to pass a metal detector security check; although skip the line tickets are included, on busy days there may be a queue to do in order to pass through security check.

Our tour guide was Georgea. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to all of the guests in the tour. Personally, I would HIGHLY recommend getting this tour. Not only do you get guaranteed skip the line tickets for both the Colosseum and the Roman Forum (Which combined could have cost us an entire day waiting in lines because they were so long and it was HOT out during the daytime!) but you also get a fully guided tour with historical accuracy and information about each and every single landmark! Without Georgea, we wouldn’t really have known what we were looking at and now because we had a guide, we could had the opportunity to truly understand the history of a piece of art or a monument and it made the experience much more memorable and interesting! Georgea was the best for this tour and I would 100% recommend it!

I completely missed the tour because the taxi driver took me to the wrong side of the colosseum. When I got to the entrance, they said I only had a voucher and I had to get a ticket somewhere else. By then, of course, I couldn't get in. Luckily, my trip to The Vatican with Viator was excellent.

We purchase them weeks in advance during high season, and once finalized they are not refundable and can't be used by other customers. This is why the tour is not refundable under any circumstances, and this information is provided in the product description.
