My mom and I were so lucky to have this wonderful tour with Fi. She was so funny, informative and a complete professional. We learned so much but it was also incredibly fun. I would 100 percent recommend this tour—you really need the context of what you’re looking at and it’s so wonderful to not have to wait in line! Even in November we saw extremely long lines for people waiting to get tickets but we didn’t have to bother with that. Thank you to Fi for a wonderful tour!!

Our guide Nicola was amazing, very knowledgeable and passionate. What an amazing experience, we were intrigued from start to finish. The only issue was that we were not aware that we could not re-enter the colosseum to go to the souvenir shop.

Colosseum was amazing! Tour guide was nice but very difficult to understand. I was expecting an English speaker, not someone who knows English but speaks with a very strong accent. I was looking forward to learning a lot, but simply could not understand him most of the time.

Our guide, Roger, clearly had a wealth of knowledge and maintained the interest of the group throughout the tour - very difficult to do with a great deal of history to cover in a relatively short timeframe and the challenges of a crowded environment. Obviously expect lots of walking, including uphill and uneven ground, along with two separate security checks (sadly an absolute necessity in this day and age). Thoroughly enjoyed stepping back in time and trying to imagine how life was back then - fascinating experience.

Horrible guide. He actually yelled at other tour guides. Was rude. We understand it was extremely crowded when we were there but no reason to be rude to anyone/everyone. Actually left us standing in Sistine Chapel. Left without us. Found him outside and all he said was Yeah, bye. I realize this is not a timely review but I thought I had posted one. Never bpothered to check back.

It felt amazing, walking around, inside the Colosseum. To stand on the ground that the gladiators used to do battle was something I never thought I would do. Our tour guide was very thorough. There was a great deal of walking, heading to the Palatine Hill, the Forum, and the area that used to be Circus Maximus. Ask your guide, how many people fit in to Circus Maximus, to watch Chariot races. The views were amazing and we learned a great deal. We highly recommend this tour.

None. Tour guide said we were on a tour but we were not. I had proof that we were not on the tour. Refund was denied. I will not recommend Viator to anyone. Viator was not helpful in this situation.
