Chris_L, Apr 2024
Food tour was diverse with several stand up venues and several sit down restaurants. The food stops were all at traditional places, family run for multiple generations. Tour leader was exceptional. Discussed history of the area along with the food. Was also in a part of Rome that seemed less busy.

The entire group enjoyed the experience at each stop. The food was delicious but our guide went out of her way to explain how to prepare each sampling & the times of year when it was available. Our guide was full of passion & a wealth of information. She was organized & called ahead to Let each establishment know that we were on our. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who not only wants to taste of variety of food but learn about the culture & history of the Italian people.
