It was my daughter's first trip to Rome and our first visit to this gallery. The beauty of each and every room was overwhelming! Goosebumps!! Would definitely recommend anyone going to Rome to visit!

the booking was only for tickets, we didn't have a guide and we weren't aware that the gallery was under renovation, we were able only to see the first floor, however, the experience was very good, I came to know that the ticket fees were EUR 8 only and I was charges about EUR 30 each (it was frustrating)

I bought a museum ticket in Rome and could not find it in the website, so I missed the appointment and lost my money. There was nothing but an endless cycle of ads. This has been an outrageously bad experience from start to finish, and I regard it as fraud. I will report it as such.

I was charged OVER DOUBLE through viator for the short visit ticket. Not worth it when you can just buy one there for the normal price. I won’t ever use Viator again in my travels, they suck every single time

This worked great! I picked up the tickets and went to the museum, perfect. As for the museum my only critiques is that they put some paintings too high, and the windows create a glare in some rooms.

It is just a ticket you get here - no skip the line - everyone has to buy online and then queue to leave bags, no guide or anything you wouldn’t get for half the price buying direct from the Borghese website. I literally was met outside and handed a ticket - he even said “ You are on your own from here. “ I paid another £5 for a headset and audio guide.

It was a great tour and amazing gallery with art works that are timless and priceless. The only reason why I am not giving this tour a 5 star and instead a 4 is because the front desk staff were very dismissive when I purchased audio equipment and quite impatient when I had follow up questions. Then when I came back to drop off the equipment there was no greeting, eye contact or any acknowledgement. Found that quite rude. No customer service or hospitality.

Completely forgot to get tickets ahead of our trip for the date we wanted to this tour made it very easy to get in. Tour person was easy to find and was there a couple minutes early. The museum was beautiful and overwhelmingly ornate with just the wall and ceiling decorations let alone all the gorgeous art and history. Definitely recommend coming here during your visit to Rome.

The Borghese Gallery was so crowded on Sunday morning (10.00 AM), that moving around was difficult. They should allow fewer people in. But worse than this were the lighting conditions- natural or artificial - which produce reflections on practically all paintings. This issue was so annoying, that I gave up and left 20 minutes before the end of my 2-hour vist. The personnel should visit Castel Sant'Angelo to learn how to illuminate a painting properly.

One of the top 3 Galleries in Europe, a no-miss experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, having grown up in the art community, I felt like this visit changed and enhanced everything I know about the true Masters of Sculpture and Painting. On par with the great museums but more concentrated. Fabulous
The most extravagant home ever built

Pretty much hands down the most extravagant personal residence ever built in the history of mankind. Perhaps more awe inspiring than Versailles. While not the largest, the quality of its construction and art are on par only with the Vatican itself. Top tier art works cover every inch of this palace. The gardens are extensive as well. Audio tour is not included to the disappointment of some, though I didn't find it very helpful anyway. Tickets are known to be difficult to get directly from the venue.
