    My favourite tour

    This was my favourite tour during our time in Rome. Anna was a terrific guide. Knowledgeable and passionate about the subject matter. I learned a lot. Visiting the Vatican was very hectic but Anna made it as smooth as possible and going early helped. The tour company was very good about communicating ahead of time. Teens really liked it.

    We had a lot of technical problems with the ear piece. Could not hear the guide. Having to change our audio ear piece couple of times. Made this tour uninterested especially for children.
    Amazing museums but amazingly overcrowded

    We went on a small group tour with emotion.com. The tour company and our guide Olga were 5 stars. Our overall rating is down graded due to the overcrowded conditions. The down grade is for things under the Vatican's control. You are packed in and herded through like sheep. There was not time to fully see and truly appreciate the art and history. This is the kind of thing where you are glad you went but would not suffer through the hectic crowded conditions to do it again. Heaven help you if you attempt this by you self or with a tour group of more than 12.

    We had a wonderful time with Anna as our tour guide taking us through the Vatican museum’s, the Cistern Chapel and via the secret pathway to Saint Peter’s Basilica. I learnt so much, she picked the best and most historical pieces to explore, it was at a great pace, we could hear everything through the headsets and her love and passion for History was extraordinary. Definitely worth every dollar to get such an experience. Thank you Anna, my daughters and I are very appreciative. 💖

    Loved our tour!! Sara Napolitani is so knowledgeable and the nicest person! I got her name and email so if/when my husband comes with me next time we can have her as our guide. It is so much better to have a tour guide for this tour than just walking through by yourself. Emotion company was very responsive, super at communicating where to meet and the 3 tour guides I met were all so friendly. I don't have any complaints!

    This is my 4th time in the Vatican Museums and I can say that today's tour was really informative and no wait in line to get inside. The group was 6 people only and we got a real personalized treatment. Our guide Sarah is a stellar storyteller and connoisseur of history, open to questions with detailed answers! Thank you for everything!
