Me and my family had a great time especially the teenagers couldn't wipe there smiles off there faces. Would loved to have had some photos but was to present in the moment that we for got 🤦, highly recommended if in Rotorua

Ride canceled

My son and I waited for 2 hours for our trip only to be canceled as there were not enough numbers. We have not received any information or updates as to our refund. My son was extremely upset as we had travelled quite some distance for the jet boat ride only to be cancelled.

Hi Joanne, Unfortunately, as per our T/Cs we require a minimum of two adults for our trip to go ahead and we are always as transparent as possible and give alternative options including a refund when customers don't want to wait up until the timeslot. We cannot control communication of refunds booked through third party websites or the timeframes they are processed. Please contact us directly if Viator have not processed this refund for you and we can chase them. We have not charged for your cancelled booking.
