My husband and I received a prompt pickup from the airport to our resort. When we were ready for our departure pickup they arrived on time and dropped us off at the airport in ample time to check in and await our flight. The price was fair and the service was great. The vehicles used were modern and with all parts in working condition. (Cool air conditioning)

Timeliness: Unfortunately we didn’t leave the airport until about an hour & 1/2 later, but if you’re in no rush then you can just wait by the bar have a few drinks and mingle with people, which is always an experience in itself. Cleanliness of shuttle: good, didn’t smell or wasn’t any trash or dirt on the floor. Time spent traveling: about an hour & 20mins

We were taken in a mini van not a big bus as shown in the pictures. But good transfer, except that we had to wait for half an hour to leave the airport.

Enjoy time and scenery at Bahai principe runaway bay . I spent 6days at hotel . I decided I need to take yearly vacation. Jamaica is beautiful and there is plenty of places to stay. Plan to travel net 6months. I recommend taking airport transportation. It is convenient and safe. I used coming2 Jamaica transportation and I got transported on time. I find it easier in renting a car. If you want to go out you can used hotel excursion or have family take you if you from Jamaica. Jamaica here I come

A hot , cramped, uncomfortable ride

The bus was small, hot and the seats extremely uncomfortable for a very long ride with multiple stops. I was expecting the luxury bus in the picture. I would have gladly paid more for a nicer ride. My husband and I are seniors and my son in law is over 6 feet tall he literally had no where to stretch his legs.

Paid for round trip but apparently only getting one way transfer

The price isn’t worth the wait you have to wait

Upon arriving to the desk to let them know I arrived. The rep told us to wait outside until time to go. We basically had to wait for other flights to arrive…even if then didn’t arrive for another 30 mins or an hour or two to come.. End up waiting an hour before I spoke up saying this is ridiculous. I understand it was shared transportation…But waiting for other flights to arrive way after we got there wasn’t ideal.

Started and ended up horrible

My flight was canceled. I let them know right away. They asked for my flight change. Gave all that. The next day ran around trying to have people find them. Finally got on the bus. Then on my return was right where they told me to be and they left me. I asked if that was my bus they said no they only have one couple. What a disaster then the guy at the hotel had to arrange for me to be picked up. It all worked out in the end but not vacation starting or ending the way one would want. Maybe pay a little extra for ease of mind.

Driver was friendly and...

Driver was friendly and chatty but even though I was told they were having to pick us up at 12.45 for a 7pm flight because there was lots of other people to collect on the way, we were the only ones on the transport that day and so we were hanging around at the airport for 5hrs and 30 minutes before our flight time. Ridiculously early pick up time and badly planned by the the transport company.
