Taking into account that Cayo Johnny Cay does not have a landing dock, the Local Harbor Master restricts the entry to the key of the following people: Adults over 65 years of age, Pregnant women, People with disabilities (in wheelchairs or who require special help to get on and off the boat), Children under 5 years old. For no reason are older adults with motor limitations authorized, understood by the above, elderly people who do not have the ability to embark on the motorboats by themselves.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
