What To Expect

Take a glamorous San Diego night cruise, including a gourmet dinner, a cocktail and live entertainment, as you ply the gorgeous coastline of California. It’s a great way to create a fun evening of memories with that special someone or group of friends.

Board your ship in the evening, leaving from a dock on North Harbor Drive. As soon as you step on board your vessel, the Spirit of San Diego, you’ll receive a welcome greeting and an included glass of sparkling wine. This well-appointed ship offers a range of amenities, including an open-air observation deck, where you can enjoy fantastic views and take in some cool ocean breezes during your ride.

Find your seat for dinner in the ship’s enclosed cabin, a setting that ensures a comfortable environment in both cool and warm weather. Depending on the cruise option you select, you’ll enjoy a meal of favorites like prime rib (Sundays), steak, pan-seared salmon, chicken picatta or manicotti, plus salads and dessert. You can also choose to upgrade with an optional open bar, including unlimited beer, premium wines, well drinks and premium booze.

Thanks to the ship’s huge windows, you’ll enjoy a memorable meal-time view, offering panoramic looks at San Diego’s glistening skyline.

Definitely very romantic, highly recommend getting the “celebratory package” to ensure you get a window seat to see the city lights easier but even if you dont it would still be a beautiful experience. Youre able to leave your seats at anytime to go on the upper level deck or anywhere on the boat to see the views. Live music (DJ) was great, he offered everyone to put in a request. Food was great! Champagne was amazing, and most of the staff were very welcoming. I would definitely do this again without a doubt!

Boat was great! Food was horrible, over cooked the red meat and didn’t have flavor. DJ wasn’t any good either. Not worth $290 at all.

We did meet one other nice couple, but we were there celebrating our anniversary as were others on the cruise and it would’ve been nice to know that there was a whole floor of high school kids who apparently were unchaperoned because they ruined the whole trip for us, Cursing and running around, Hooting and hollering. The food was mediocre.

This cruise is obviously meant more for a romantic dinner, but we were on vacation with our 11-year-old, and he wanted a "fancy dinner" We did not pack for a night on the town so felt very under dressed but the staff made us feel very welcome. Our waitress and bartender were excellent. Food was good but not great. Thats not a bad thing though. It was a little cold up top but if you wear the appropriate attire you will be pleased.

Definitely one for the books :)

The boat crew were fabulous , the scenery was awesome. We upgraded to surf and turf ..the food was delicious . The only negative I would say, was our waiter was slow at responding to empty plates, glasses, and refilling cocktails. But otherwise a great experience.
