We loved this class! They were so welcoming and the food was amazing. She offered tons of tips and useful information so we could cook like this at home and it was completely hands on. She even let my little boy help! Would do this again.

Katia and Fulvio were absolutely amazing hosts for our cooking class! My wife and I enjoyed it so much and it was one of the highlights of our trip! They were very welcoming and we will absolutely be doing another cooking class with them again. Katia and Fulvio gave us such great history of food in Italy. The whole experience lasted as advertised, approx 3-3.5hrs. We got to make our own pasta, sauce, appetizers, and all with matching wines. 1000% recommended.

This cooking class was so much fun! My husband and I were the only ones, but the chef is easy to talk to, funny, knowledgeable and overall so enjoyable. We learned a lot of great tips that we will definitely be taking back to the states! The site of the cooking class is also an Airbnb. We got a tour and it is so charming. It is Tuscan countryside vibes through and through.

Our chef was amazing and very knowledgeable. She taught us authentic Italian cooking from the Tuscany region. Atmosphere was warm, and we all felt like family with only 3 couples. Everything we prepared was delicious!!

Our cooking class with Katia was absolutely fantastic! She made us all feel at ease and had such a great sense of humor. We made an appetizer and 2 pasta dishes. We truly felt immersed in the traditions of the region and learned great lessons while enjoying great company. Katia even helped us with transportation to and from the venue. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

We had such a fun time in this cooking class! The teacher was very engaging and soon had us all relaxed and interacting together in her kitchen. We learned the basics of pasta making and produced a delicious meal which included pici pasta, 2 sauces, bruschetta, a cheese appetizer and a meat dish. This was a wonderful and memorable experience! I highly recommend.

This cooking class was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy! There were six of us in our group (family and friends-all adults) and we ended up having the class to ourselves. Katia was awesome! She not only taught the recipes, but she also talked about the history of the food and the reasons behind the ingredients. Our group has very good cooks to barely able to boil water and everyone had a great time making pasta, bruschetta, and saltimbocca! The views from the B and B are breathtaking and now we want to go back to stay! You truly get the feel of an afternoon in Chianti. One FYI: make sure you book a driver or cab or rent a car before hand! We took the train from Florence, but there are almost no taxis in San Gimignano or Poggibonsi, so we almost missed our class. It is worth the cost to hire someone to get you there!
