We booked the rafting half day trip and it was the highlight of our time in the area! The tour operator company was really good, the guys were very good in ensuring everyone is safe throughout the ride. It was extremely fun on the River! After the ride they offered us a lunch/snack and showed us how to make sugarcane juice. The food was delicious! When we got home, they had sent us pictures from the trip. All in all the best experience, I really can only recommend it and would chose them again if I wanted to do rafting again!

Unforgettable experience

First time in Costa Rica and love trying new adventures. David and Eric were excellent guides who were informative, supportive, embodied a Pura Vida mentality, and also prioritized safety. We had such an amazingly fun time and enjoyed seeing many birds and animals between going through the rapids. Unforgettable experience!

I really enjoyed this tour. Both the guide and the owner were so kind and informative! They taught us how to work together as a team to really maneuver the rapids safely. I promise we felt like an Olympic rowing team by the end of the excursion. lol We also got some great action shots out of it as well. Definitely recommend.

Excellent experience. Very good cadence of frequent rapids. The guides did an awesome job of pointing out wildlife. The lunch at the end was terrific, too. Amazing people and strong community!

Luis was an awesome instructor. The views are spectacular, as well he really does provide you a plethora of knowledge on the local history and wildlife. If you can afford the time, go for the full day tour. The meal provided was better then most of the restaurants I visited during my stay. If you have a sense of adventure, you can not skip out on this. I am definitely going back for more.

This smaller, family-owned company was awesome! We were two families with a range of rafting experience and we decided to do the full day Class III/IV. David, Stanley, and Tonio (two of whom grew up on the Sarapiqui) were our guides and they were fantastic! i can't recommend them highly enough.
